Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: ID 131
Date of interaction reported: Date here
Unix time stamp from HUD: 15594424851

Your characters name: Adam_Khan

Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here

Specific rule(s) broken:

14. Deathmatch (DM)

  • Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

  • Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

  • Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

    1. Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

    2.  Someone is attempting to take your life.

    3.  Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was robbing someone, I killed them because they shot at me. Shortly after, ID 131 comes out of no where, not being involved in the active RP scenario, and shoots me without context. He was just a bystander and noticed I had an SMG. If he killed me, I couldn't notice him coming. He took the opportunity to kill me. Him being not involved whatsoever in the shootout means this was DM.

If he was friends of the guy I shot (ID 18 ONLY) then I can understand. If he was friends with one of the guys shot already, then that means it was DM as I only shot ID 18.

I use Xbox Game DVR to record. It is inbuilt into Windows 10. It has an issue which I cannot resolve, my mic audio isn't recorded. The fact my voice isn't in this doesn't hinder the clarity of the evidence. Its proven that I didn't edit my voice out, because the audio doesn't completely cut out when I talk. My voice is simply not there.

Thanks,

REPORT DENIED

Thank you again for making a player report.

After reviewing evidence. We have decided to deny the report for the following reasons:

  • Unfortunately we do not allow videos with missing audio to be used as evidence. Fix your recording software or have another friend record for you, as once again this and other evidence such as this is not acceptable for the purposes of a player report.

This decision is final. Unless instructed too, if you post another report pertaining to this incident you shall recieve forum warning points and a mute from posting on the forums.

Regards,
Punched and @alexalex303
