Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was at the store buying multiple things which means i was running back and fourth to my car to store them. I had just bought a speaker and started to run back to my car to store it when ID 170 said 'put your hands up', i was sprinting to my car when he said that so he then shot me as i was running. He said that he did it as i was trying to escape from him but as can be seen in the video below, once i got to my car i slowed down and did not unlock it. Which if i was trying to get away i would have done. I do not blame ID 218 even though he was the other robber as he was not the one that shot me. This is not part of the report but i would like to also say that because of this he ruined an event that i was holding for DCC. I did not turn up as i was killed and lost all the things i was buying for it. So this guy did not just ruin my day but also stopped the event with 20+ people and many paid staff from attending . I will now have to plan this again which will take multiple days and even more money. I will also file a refund request so i can get the funds back to do this (i have tonnes of alcohol and 4 speakers in the bag that was in my car. Because i died someone stole my car). Evidence of rule breach: Sorry for no audio, i just recently got OBS and it turns out i didn't set it up properly. Why did you shoot at the reporting party injuring him without issuing demands via text? @Emulsify1 please try and fix your OBS for future reports as sound is key in these kind of reports. JoshisEllis Posted June 2, 2019 Report Share Posted June 2, 2019 Hello, first of all i did not making any shots towards this guy, and second we all told him in the store to place his hands up, he decided not to do this and sprint towards his car. JoshisEllis Posted June 2, 2019 Report Share Posted June 2, 2019 (edited) yes it was @Bagr39, but the reasoning for him shooting him down was that we told him in viop to place his hands up, and he started trying to escape, (he even posted in his message he tried to run for his car) He would of not had time to type out the message, he was braking fear rp and trying to escape when 3 people had guns to him. If you actually upload the footage where you can hear us, you will clearly hear all of us telling you in the store to place your hands up, it is your own fault that you tried to escape and got shot down. Also posting additional info about parties, to try and gain sympathy is completely irrelevant to the situation. This was before the first shot registered in my head. So i was complying with demands. I had no intent to break fear rp not did i. If you are running you can't just stop on the spot, it takes time to slow down. I also said that it was not part of the report and that i just wanted to mention it so i don't understand why you are taking it like it is. JoshisEllis Posted June 2, 2019 Report Share Posted June 2, 2019 Regardless of you trying to unlock the car or not, you even posted in your message that you tried to escape after we clearly told in in voice chat to place your hands. you can see from our perspective you are sprinting for your car and trying to escape right??? and also who isn't to say that the whole reason you slowed down was because you reached your car, and not because you are trying to comply with our demands. You have used your own words against saying that you was trying to escape, that means we was all above our rights in the game to shoot you. also i am only bringing up your party situation as you are using it as a form of sympathy when it has no place in this thread . Also this back and fourth is not very productive. Also "escape" means fleeing from a situation. I was already sprinting when you said your demands (also only in voip).
