How did the player break the rule(s)? we came into drug lab and said demands, she just ignored them, started to run away and called for help. after we injured her she was calling on radio still, even though we were looting her.

Bitsy Hillton (ID 133) @Bitsy please explain why you chose to run away from at least one person aiming a firearm and issuing orders though both VOIP and chat. Could you also explain why talked on the radio, giving the description of your attackers when they were in a position to end your life? 

Provide the requested explanations within 24 hours or the report may be concluded without them.

If you would look closely at the video, demands were given before they even got their guns out. As you can see in this report (https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/topic/19519-id-59-dmnrp-140-127-dm/), telling someone demands before you pointed your weapon at them does not put you into a "Fear-RP" state. From my point of view, I didn't see them pointing their guns at me, just them telling demands. This is why I thought I have time to escape into cover where I could call backup from. As for speaking on the radio while I was shot down, wasn't the best decision. I will take full responsibility for that.

Thank you for your patience and comments provided for this report. After reviewing the evidence provided, I've decided to apply the following punishments to the following players: [Bitsy_Hillton] [Non RP #2] [Bitsy_Hillton will receive Non RP #2 (Fear RP) because of this incident. If Bitsy was running the entire time and some people stealthy approach her I can understand how she can claim that she didn't see it, however she clearly reacted to them pulling up, and any reasonable person would of been looking back at their pursuers. In addition to this, once she was injured she was not being actively shot at, she was injured on the ground, at the mercy of her attackers who were searching her. At this point, without being prompted or given a hint that she was going to be executed, she decided to speak on the radio and give descriptions of her attackers. This is clearly her not valuing her life. I would argue that if they were to aim at her and obviously were about to execute her, that would be more acceptable, but in this case, there was still a chance that she was going to be allowed to live, and she should've clung onto that chance, fearing for her life.] Not happy with the outcome? If you have received a punishment that you do not agree with, you are entitled to a fair punishment appeal that follows the guidelines and format provided.
