Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was on my way to High End lot to sell my sandking. I was shouted at to pull over while driving at 100+ Km/H. I was not under Fear RP at that given time. Player 78 then proceeds to slam into my vehicle when I slow down. Granted, the first bump could've been from me car slowing down. That was not the case, as player 78 continues to ram into me several times with his expensive sports car valued at over $200,000. Assuming that the those shout demands were their only reason to engage in any RP, the first was heard at 160 KM/H, while the second was right after I was rear ended harshly by the Jester. The second shout would NOT have been heard RP'ly, as my windows were in tact, and the passenger who gave the demands, was across the road. I continued to drive as the car did not seem like it would be able to flip mine. I drove back towards where I came from, while calling for backup. (GeForce didn't get my mic audio but evidence clearly shows radio being used and gang members responding to my call) Player 41 opens fire on my vehicle, in either an attempt to stall it, or take my life. He was damaging my property without a valid RP reason as the car chase in itself was NRP, and I was driving at high speeds when I was given any kinds of viable demands from the reported party. The first was a shout from your car, going at 160+ Km/h. This demand is unrealistic as I would not fall under any fear for my life (Fear RP). I was going too fast and would never have heard that in real life. The second demand was given after you had hit my truck, sending me across the road. In the evidence provided my windows were still in tact, and you shouted from a distance that was about a street in between both of our positions. I would argue I was in no need to fear for my life, to the point where I would pull over and comply. You were constantly ramming me with an expensive sports car which is against server rules. Your demands were indeed in text chat, but were not threatening to my life. You had no reason to ram my car. You had no reason to shoot it either. Just Remember This is game not reall life dont compare it with reall life As long as I know the best gangs in server doing this I won't say the names cause I respect them. I won't get mad for this to try ban some body Or I'm not that much serius to ban every body cause they tease me or killed me or rob me. You say My windows were tact So I couldn't Hear Any think allright from next time developers should add some small megaphone in every shops to peoples be able buy this for using it. If your windows were tact so why you tried run from us why you callbackup for it This is my question from you , and don't tell me please that because I get scared , Every one does have eye too see shout even in rules they say you should type it (type RP or saying things like this... ) its better , WE DIDN't use Voice that you say my windows status were tact so I didn't hear anythink also When we try to stop you our speed was less than 40 if you wanna talk about speed also still I remind you this is forum not game that doing rp in forum too. If this is forbiden I dont Love to compare it with real life but As example I say , imagine you have enemy and you are driving with your car in street or highway , what ever, your enemy car come to you and try to stop you , they try to use gun for stoping you , this is not gonna happen in real life? if you didn't had this kind of Experience atleast I will give you some movie name that you can see this situation in there. atleast you will see they can use it. I'm sorry you feel like this is childish, but the reality is, your level or Role-play was sub-par. The second quote, clearly shows that you don't understand the realism that we are trying to promote in this server. ECRP is not a GTA ONLINE server. It is realistic, and I understand no city in America is like the City of Los Santos, but your actions promote poor quality RP, and need to be fixed immediately, so others don't act the same way you both did. In my provided evidence, the RP interaction began when you shouted and rammed into the back of my truck. The Jester is valued at over 200k. Server rules state that you have to have a realistic care for your vehicles, especially if they're sports cars. Who, in real life, speeds into the back of a truck yelling to pull over in an expensive sports car? NO ONE. As for your quality of role-play, it was POOR to say the least, you didn't pull up next to me to talk, you just rammed into me less than 2 seconds after you demanded to "pull over". You shout AGAIN, after the cars made contact, as we are literally skidding and regaining our traction on the road. No one in their right mind is going to stop what they're doing and get out to assess the scene, let alone, let their captor get what they want. I was driving to sell my car at high end, I turned back to carpark and called for my gang members because you CONSISTENTLY rammed my truck with your sports car. This server isn't a "movie" or "GTA ONLINE". Both of you need to reflect on how POOR your role play was. You shouted from a moving vehicle and started shooting when I didn't pull over. This is starting to sound a lot like a movie, and a lot less like real life, which is what the server is aimed to be. There are plenty of reports with the outcome being a DM punishment. Timeline of events from my evidence provided: -I Drive from Car Park to near High End -I get shouted at while going 160km/h -I slow down and you ram into the back of my truck -You shout again as we are recovering from the crash(Unrealistic, as Id assume a car crash like that would leave you, the passenger, quite disoriented) -I continue driving back to Car Park while I let my gang members know Im being chased -The Jester continues to try and ram me, several times -You open fire in an attempt to stall my truck -We arrive at car park where my gang is waiting and you run away. After reviewing the evidence provided, I've decided to apply the following punishments to the following players: [Marco_Black] [Deathmatch #3 and Non RP #2] [Marco Black will receive Non RP #3 and Deathmatching #3 for ramming a large vehicle with an expensive sports car. He will be receiving the deathmatching punishment as he rammed the vehicle without a valid reason.
