How did the player break the rule(s)?

I saw that 50id is robbing md, so i came from behind and said to hands up, but he turned back and pointed gun at me, so i had to shoot him.(ik i didnt used text, but he heard me 100% and from his fov he saw me)

Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @maykia_

Player Rosendo_Belani will receive 24 hours to respond with his side of the story, and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you turn your back and aim the weapon at the reporting party all while under direct gunpoint at close range? As the reported party does not have a forum account, he will be notified of this report in-game.

Kind regards,

Dqniel

Hello, and thank you for remaining patient while waiting for an answer. As player Rosendo_Belani has not responded with his side of the story, and explained the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above, i have decided to conclude this report based on the evidence provided to me by the reporting party.

Player Rosendo_Belani will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for breaching Fear Roleplay | Offense #2.

To start off, i would like to address the punishment of Non-Roleplay and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that while player Rosendo_Belani is holding another player at direct gunpoint in what is presumably an attempt to rob them, the reporting party comes up from behind and points a weapon at him while making several demands. In turn, player Rosendo_Belani turns his back and begins aiming it at the reporting party which ultimately results in a gunfight between the two.

The issue that arises with this situation is that the conscious actions of player Rosendo_Belani is not in accordance with our Fear Roleplay rules. If you are held under direct gunpoint at close range which essentially means that you are in a vulnerable and life threatening situation, you are expected to display an adequate and realistic amount of fear for the life of your character and follow every demand given to you as one instinctively would do in real life. Additionally, while you did have your weapon equipped at the time, you were not faced towards the reporting party which would mean you are not exempt from acting under the Fear Roleplay rules, and your life was still in direct danger. Your first instinct while under direct threat should not be to turn your back and aim your weapon at the reporting party, but rather comply with the demands being made upon you as you were at a clear disadvantage during that situation.

Thank you for making this report! @maykia_

Report is accepted and archived.

Kind regards,

Dqniel.
