Requested refund (what and how much): 64,800$

Description of incident resulting in loss: Due to a server crash my store orders were canceled but they did not get refunded. Only the orders for BEVERAGE_WATER were canceled all of the other orders from the first screenshot were completed before the server crash. The orders were canceled 4 times, each water order was 16,200$ in total. 

Evidence of loss: 

No evidence from the first store order. I hope it can be found at the logs hopefully.

Comments: I don't know the exact time of when the orders were made but they should be a couple of minutes before I took the screenshots, I have the time stamps with the screenshots. Above at the [Date and time of incident] I have the times when the server crashed. I dont have screenshot of the very first order but it was made sometime before the first crash [23/1/2023 12:50 AM].
