How did the player break the rule?: We came at the lsc to repair our car and we started talking to Arshia_jacksun in the car then my car was parked next to arshia car's then as you can see in the video these two guys get out and start shooting at arshia_jacksun then we try to go away they start shooting at us too which i believe is DM which they shooted at us with no reason

Approximetly 30minutes before that happened me and my buddy were patroling the labs checking out what happened , saw him and his truck at the Altruist Lab , requested for him to stop , he refused to do so , so what happened instead he did a non rp and flew off the mountain into a ditch , while since we were in a sports car ( 9F hard top ) couldn't follow . When we came into LSC we noticed him there and stood and waited to see what will he do cause we didn't want to start a gunfire for no reason inside the LSC , we wanted to wait for him to get to a drop off point for drugs or to leave the city again for us to do anything , at that point he used radio multiple times and after a minute or so vehicle came by with 2 passangers , they started whispering and talking between themselfs when maddox came which is our friend and ally ICly and asked us whatsup . We started talking about random stuff when a guy that was waiting for his car to get fixed or something came to us and told us that they called 911 on us for , which in this case was " attempted robbery "  , so we waited for them to get into a vulnerable position which was the point where this video starts when he got out of the vehicle to eat and couldn't defend himself , so we ran at them and oppened fire in order to take them down for calling cops on us + avoiding our attempted robbery.

It is clearly stated in the rules that we had a valid reason to attack and harm them in the situation listed in the report :

At one point when they said DM ingame , Audrey from LSC actually pointed them to the fact in OOC chat that : " Calling a 911 and reporting someone for a heavy crime is a reason for someone to open fire , hurt or kill you " .

Because not only are you reporting what they commited and possibly opening a warrant for their arrest based on your testimony , but also you are becoming a crucial witness in the trial that they would end up on if they were caught because of the lack of evidence besides the 911 call and the testimony of the person who made the call .

We saw it pop up in the chat so we are 100% sure it wasn't a prank or fake information just baiting us to attack, It's just a matter of us actually respecting the rules and role playing the situation as if we couldn't hear them calling the police. We didn't do anything or react until we were told ICly by an innocent bystander about their actions and phone call they made.

As you can see in the video, the two other guys arrive after i call the cops.
And about the thing that mister gangula said which i have done NON-RP. I would like to see the video if you are calling that non-RP i assume that you don't know the rules.

Hello as I'm replying to the report made about me I will respond to the reason why I had shot two people inside the seven 70. (On phone as I'm spending one of the few days I have off with family so sorry for the poor punctuation.) 

As gangula said we must have a proper reason to shoot/kill a person. When our plan went into motion the seven 70 came around to the right side of the dubsta (where I was positioned) and saw that the passenger had his .50 out and was returning fire. I then had a proper reason to shoot the people inside the seven 70 as they had entered the gun fight in order to take us down. ( I do not have any evidence nor a screenshot to prove this as my recording software got corrupted and is in the process of fixing it.) As for the reason that the driver was shot I was not attempting to kill him but some dysnc my have got him caught in crossfire and I am personally willing to reimburse him myself.

 

I Will also be requesting to see a full unedited video with sound.

First of all Merrychristmas.
So now you guys are saying that they pointed they gun out ? Interesting, First you say because they call the cops and i showed you the video now you say they pointed they gun? Veryyy Nice.
As you said so that they had they gun out, i want so see it cause on my screen nobody had his gun out only you and you're friends had their gun out and the two guys in the seven-70 were even running away that you shot them I will only believe if i see videos or any screenshots or i assume that you are lying.
Also for the video that you say its edited i have 10 minuets of my gameplay which captured by shadowplay and the other 8 minuets of my game is not an evidence and also nobody speaks in the game what do you want to hear ?

@GamingAlF thank you for the merry Christmas. As I've stated before my recording software is currently corrupted and it is in the process or being solved. There is no reason to throw out the lying card here in this report as lying will only get me in a worse spot then I am now. The only other idea that may have occurred is that some things are different from different players view such as for you Mr.Santa aka the passenger of the seven 70 did not have his gun out (never seen in the video) while in my eyes he was clearly pointing his pistol out at me and the two Irish men. And this has been proven in some other reports. If that is the case I've stated already that I am willing to reimburse lost revenue (pistols, heavys, drugs ect) unfortunately that is just the desync that goes on in rage.

Hello, I have decided to conclude the report with the following:

All reported players will no punishment for deathmatching.

The reason for this is that according to the deathmatching rules:

7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:
• If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone;
• If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime, such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient;
• If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help;

And after sometime I have decided that calling the police on someone for robbery is indeed a "heavy crime", as it is a felony according to the penal code that comes with a sentence.
