This can come in a form of having a weapon aimed at your character’s head at close range, where reaching for your own weapon would result in you being killed instantly, or where your life is in direct danger and any attempt to resist would result in your immediate death. " How did the player break the rule?: we saw a Car and a bike trying to help an Injured man , we parked our cars near them and when the biker Left we pointed our Guns at Mask 186_3365 and asked him to get out of his Vehicle he complied and as you can see on Video he said " Okay , Chill " then after he got out he breached Fear RP rule by drawing SMG and Stating to shoot and all the evidence is in the video. i would like this player to be punished so players who have valuable Loot dont do this kind of stuff to stop players from robing them Evidence of rule breach: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sandiego Posted December 23, 2018 Report Share Posted December 23, 2018 Show us the whole video please,how you communicated for this to happen,you did not call on radio,you did not whisper,you did not talk to each other but did all the actions with your minds i guess you guys are the metagamers here,you didnt even talk on radio and 3 of you showed up, and you performed this robbery without any communication IG About my fear RP part I will answer about that when you upload full video,the "biker" didnt leave ,he was my friend and in our whispers we had a plan that if you pull guns on us we both open fire,he just got into a better position but since its only 5 seconds of the video nothing can be seen Another point is that I already had my gun in my hand while I was in my car and being with a heavy weaponry and my friend behind my back in position i was sure we could take 2 of you guys,in fact I didn't see you behind me that you pointed your gun also. SMZ Posted December 23, 2018 Author Report Share Posted December 23, 2018 So the thing is if you are counting on your friend and you had it Planned already please show us evidence , and then again you were 2 and we was 3 aiming directly at you close range , and your friend came back like 30 sec later so i think you had to follow FearRP Rule. because of the fact that your friend took so long to come back i might say that you are Metagaming too but i am not sure so i did not make report about that. i think the video i showed is enough for Staff members to decide if you breached Rules or nah. thanks for your Respond Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sandiego Posted December 23, 2018 Report Share Posted December 23, 2018 (edited) Well mate if you would show us a longer video you could see me and the biker whispering to each other so we did not metagame,we whispered,but you are scared to show us the full video because of you using discord or teamspeak,we had a plan already to take you on but i got into my car at a bad time,you can see in the video IF YOU WOULD POST THE FULL VIDEO...Why don't you upload the full video ? where the whole scene can be seen,from my friend being injured,to me talking to the "biker", admins can look into chat logs and they would see that we had planned something In the video we can see that you don't even have a radio i really wonder how 3 of you showed up at that location and performed the robbery without any talking Edited December 23, 2018 by Sandiego Quick edit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The video is too short to show the entirety of the interaction, show I'll be requesting that @SMZ provide an extended video that shows at least 30 seconds before the situation and 30 seconds after the situation or just the longest video you can provide. There is no doubt that Sandiego_Gomez (Mask 186_3365) did in-fact breach the Fear Roleplay rule in this video, so he'll be receiving a punishment which will be outlined below. This report will remain pending an extended video from the reporting parties side. The following punishment(s) will be issued at this time: Sandiego_Gomez (Mask 186_3365) will receive a warning for their first offense of Fear Roleplay. @Sandiego Do NOT respond to this report any further unless I ask something of you. You may appeal your punishment via a correct appeal, should you feel the warning is not correct.
