Player(s) being reported: Stranger 989_547
Date of rule breach: 2018 12 20
Time of rule breach:Dont know exactly but it was in the middle of the day

Your characters name:Arshia_jacksun
Other players involved:NON

Specific rule broken:
6.6 Non-roleplay
6.6.1 Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.
6.6.2 Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:
• An attempt to provoke a police chase, without a realistic reason, also known as “cop baiting” (a realistic reason
would be to divert police units away from an area, where your allies plan to commit a serious crime or are in the
progress of one);
How did the player break the rule?:
Hello, As you can see in the video i was downed and he injured me himself after he injured me he left me alone for like 15 minuets(OOC) on the ground and after 15 minuets (OOC) he came back to stabilize me as he knew that i have been on the ground for like 15 minuets (OOC) and there is no time left, he quickly got out of the enforcer and he just grabs the medkit and after he reaches me, without any proper RP he just gave me a CPR stabilized As he knew that he shot me with shotgun Which i don't see his RP valid for a man that have been shot by shoutgun and have been on the ground for like 15 minuets (OOC) and the police comes up and only with a CPR his life extends and .

Hello and thank you for making this report.

@paulo Stranger 989_547 (Paulo_Witherfork) | You will have 24 hours to respond with your side of the story.

@GamingAlF Do you have a longer version of the video? You could not have possibly been left injured for 15 minutes as the longest possible time it takes to bleed out is 10 minutes. Secondly, you are not stabilised in this video, you were /cpr'd.

The only thing apparent from this video is that it appears the Officer /cpr'd you to continue RP with you.

I would first like to say how great it is that he cut the video short, the CPR command, is not considered "Non Role play" considering I examined you for any injuries and asked "what injuries would I see?" to which you replied "Out of blood" which I would to be unrealistic, you losing 1.5 gallons in a short period of time.
If the video was to be continued you would see extremely poor RP on his side, and persistent wining  in /b, Death RP I believe has so be a agreement from both parties and something I personally award for good RP.
I request that a longer video is to be submitted showing the lack of understanding for both /me and /do.

*I would like to add that 15 mins OOC, I'm positive you would be dead by then

@Aldari_Tagril Hello, thank you by replying.
The first thing that i have been wrong about the time that i have been injured.
The second, I have calculated the time that i have been on the ground it is around 8 minuets that i have been injured on the ground.
The thing is How can a CPR help a man that have been injured on the ground for like 8 min (ooc)(don't know how long will it be in game) ?
IF it would be like this in real life everybody would have never died that's why i considered his Role-play as an poor role-play.

Hello, I have decided to conclude this report with the following.

Stranger 989_547 (Paulo_Witherfork) | You will receive no punishment.

  • Since Paulo_Witherfork did indeed roleplay the injuries he would witness and the fact the video is cut short with no extra footage provided I have decided that in this instance Paulo_Witherfork was using /cpr to extend your lifeline so that he may RP with you further. Furthermore, Paulo_Witherfork did in this instance give you a chance to roleplay your own response before using a forceful command on you.

Staff have recently reviewed forceful commands and we will be looking into changing the rules surrounding the use of forceful commands. However, within the realms of the current rulebook, I have decided to conclude that no rules were broken in this scenario.

Report Rejected & Archived.
