How did the player break the rule?:

I was filling up gas at gas station when the Schafter v12 driven by Mask 555_2548 drives in. I was about to leave, he shouted "off",I dont even know was he shouting to me and/or did he mean off my engine, did he mean off my bike, did he mean off my mask or off my pantsor off the spot to let him refill I dont know and to be honest dont really care because he never specified what his "off" meant. I just drove off because I realised this will be trouble nontheless, took a shortcut cuz they followed me. A shortcut that can be handled by bike easily when you are not speeding much and can handle the landing. Mask 555_2548 decided to do the same, with a car, an expensive car, compared to my bike its 3 times more expensive and smashes his car to the ground without any regards to it. Like my previous report another example of Kobra 11 series right here.

I will also add this: https://gyazo.com/4b87f4557fc6ab9176d123a07fc2a0d6 which states that as long as you control you vehicle it is okay to drive like this, unless you are overdoing it. Mask 555_2548 clearly did not control his car in that action to its finest.

P.S. behaviour like this with vehicles has drastically increased lately, people are using it as weapons instead of as means to get from location A to location B.

The car was going too fast I tried to stop but as you used that bump as an advantage, it was pretty difficult to stop and make a better move, however, I could not. But the car tippled over anyway, haha. Which is realistic. Also, you didn't give me enough time to send a proper message, because as we came, you started to drive. Bare in mind I was the driver.

Also driving off like that in such speed on your part, I'm sure it would be considered as Non-RP.

My bike is more designed to do such small jumps, you car is not and it is seen why, you smashed your car and I did not hurt my bike at all because I hit breaks to lower my speed before jumping off. And thats why I use bike to avoid cars like yours to not be followed. Well as we explained both our stories, lets just wait for the decision then.
