How did the player break the rule?: Mask 8358_9011 Left scene at 0:28, came back to ram Sean Hamilton at 1:04 (More failure to roleplay than VDM, but as such did leave the scene and then came back). Mask 1445_1761 and Mask 1305_1103 leave scene at 1:14 and already injuring someone and came back to kill me unrealistically. (I feel this is VDM and FailRP because of the type of vehicle and they already left so why come back?) You then come back and hit him at 1:04. It's just poor role-play. This whole situation from your whole "gang" is horrendous. From the meta-gaming in the streamers video, to the horrendous VDM from other members in the streamers video between 02:25 and 02:35. It's just not something that I can not report. Yet you downed me instantly while leaving, then you swing back around and down the police officer, just saying, review your footage before uploading it. Where is the sound? You also return to a scene after leaving to do VDM. Also please provide an extra 3 to 4 minutes after that incident. The reason I ask is because you continue ramming and VDMing. Clearly can see in the video that they VDM, then come back and VDM again. I'm sorry to the administrator or moderator that has to deal with this as it is such a horrendous act of poor roleplay, poor faction member control (the gang) and poor organisation that there are way more people than listed in my original post that broke rules. In the VOD below you will see that the beige contender in the back tries to hit me once as I dodge it, he then reverses into me which mean he broke the VDM rule. Evidence provided by @Chris Strange does in-fact prove a VDM breach from Lucass_Sanchez (Mask 3379_7029), he'll be receiving a punishment for this which will be outlined below. As for the Fail Roleplay accusation from Denni pointed to Rico_Granados (Mask 8358_9011), it is not considered Fail Roleplay to leave a scene where nothing hostile has occurred yet and to return. He returned, and witnessed Sean_Hamilton and a bunch of other policemen, shooting at his allies/friends, giving him a valid reason to hit Sean_Hamilton ONCE, as he did. He has not broken any rules. As for the VDM and Non-Roleplay accusation from Denni pointed to Ahmad_Vierri (Mask 1445_1761) and Arman_Vieri (Mask 1305_1103), the evidence does prove a breach of the VDM rule on Ahmad_Vierri (Mask 1445_1761)'s part, as he had injured a player leaving the scene at 1:14 in Denni's video, then returned to kill Denni, and this had all been done with an Exemplar (Approximately $45,000 value). Due to the low value of the vehicle, I'll be dismissing the non-roleplay accusation on both players, and since Arman_Vieri (Mask 1305_1103) had only been a passenger of this vehicle, I'll be dismissing the VDM accusation on him/her as well. No other evidence of any other rule breaches have been provided, however, I must express how poorly roleplayed this scenario was, and that is not the fault of the officers on scene. This criminal gang seriously needs to re-read every last bit of our rulebook, before they cost themselves serious punishments within the server. Punishments to be issued: Lucass_Sanchez (Mask 3379_7029) will be receiving a three-hundred-thirty-six (336) hour ban from the server for their fourth normal offense of Vehicle Deathmatching. Ahmad_Vierri (Mask 1445_1761) will receive a forty-eight (48) hour ban from the server for their first normal offense of Vehicle Deathmatching. The report will be locked and archived due to this conclusion, thank you, everyone, for your patience while this report was reviewed during the Holiday Season.
