How did the player break the rule?:
1) It all started from this place as seen in this report (https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/topic/13212-mask-2297_1529-vdm/). My friend got VDmed, after that, 
we attacked those people who VDmed him because we're from the same gang as he is so we basically had all the abilities to use the kill on sight rule.
We killed all of the enemies (including the people who VDmed my friend), we were also in that place with the guys from MC who might have some more evidence
aswell. After they got killed, less than 5 minutes have passed and we saw the same jester coming our way. It was the same guys and without any warning,
they got out of their cars and started shooting us. The jester is seen in the first picture and asked about them breaking the new life rule, one of them
responded with the insult telling us to "suck his dick" in OOC chat.
2) I just spawned at the MD and went on the sidewalk. This is what happened next. A black retro elegy custom, stormed in to me and killed me on the sidewalk
next to MD. It was one of the guys who were involved in the shootout next to the place where it all started. Coincidence? I doubt it.
3) Less than 30 minutes have passed. Me and some other guy were going to the tequilala parking lot as he picked me up from the MD.
I was sitting on the passenger seat and because of the desync, I fell and I got injured. The point is, same guys who shot me and because of RP, I should be
dead to them, they came to me, laughing in VOIP saying "HAHAHA THIS GUY DIED AGAIN" and one of those guys were driving my personal vehicle (cyan grey hakuchou drag).
4) At the end of the story, I've made a report in-game to an admin that I've spotted some rule breakers. While being next to MD, I saw the same guys
that broke all the possible rules in the server, spawning in the MD. As seen in the last picture, there's a girl Mask 4506_977? (Last number is unseen in photo) and a
dude Mask 3129_8588. That dude with his bike, came to pick their friends from the MD after they just died and there was also a guy with black shafter.
I texted some messages on the OOC chat, telling them to interact with each other because that's what they wanted to do. So without using any radio, phone or 
any other communication device, their friends came to pick them up which also means they are using discord or teamspeak or any other communication program.

Also, I want to include this. I reviewed some of the player reports and I found out, that the guys I'm reporting is basically causing problems for everyone. All the marked reports in this picture is about the people that are from the same gang as the people who I reported.
I just wanna say, admins... wake up! We need you!

I also see you have your instant replay function on, on your Nvidia Shadowplay. Just upload the video footage of me saying that near the MD, I admit that I said that, but I said that at the same moment when you came to pick your friends up from the MD breaking the new life rule. Also, don't mute the audio, wanna hear your friends talking in dc or ts.

Also i would like to say, that those screenshots show nothing other then the OOC insult, comparing to yours its nothing but ofc he should be punished

Over 7 reports has been made in the forums about your crew members, over 20 people suffered from your fail RP inside the server and yet, you're still trying to find your way out of this mess you made? Those 24 hours I got off the server right now... Jeez, I can do what I want with them. I'm still surprised that those admins who were standing by the MD at the moment I said that, were all against me but said nothing to you even doe you were obviously breaking the new life rule there by picking your friends from MD... It's kind a suspicious to me.

Also, one more thing. In the incident where people who I reported, drove over me (VDMed) and killed my friend breaking the fearRP rule and literally DMed him, I've submitted an admin report with a option of a rule breaker. As seen in the screenshot of case 4, Bakmeel was the one who accepted the report, but this admin named Aldari_Tagril were the one who took over the report and still he refused when I told him that I can send him the evidence of them doing the rule breaking things, which is why I had to report the situation for the admins in the first place.

Even more threads about reporting them has been opened. Why are they still allowed to play in the server? Like for real, this problem is major about them and they shouldn't be allowed to join the server due to the investigation because the numbers of reports are keep on growing on them...

Thank you for making this report.

The evidence provided (screenshots) can only prove Offensive Language & Metagaming claims, so I'll be addressing those today. I cannot address any of the other claims due to there not being a video to support it.

Mark_Williams (Mask 8513_2959) is seen telling another player to "suck his dick" in an OOC chat, which is considered Offensive Language, so punishment will be issued to him and that will be outlined below. 

As you know, screenshots cannot prove anything, which is why we ask our players who find themselves in reportable situations frequently, to get some kind of screen recorder. I recommend plays.tv so you can record incidents like this in the future.

The following punishment(s) will be issued:

• Mark_Williams (Mask 8513_2959) will receive a warning for their first minor offense of Offensive Language in an OOC Chat.

This report will be locked & archived due to this conclusion.
