Hey there, thanks for making the report.

I already had the AK equipped, I didn't switch to it. I was confident in my ability to neutralise you. I was already getting out of my car long before you were out of yours. It just so happened that because you non-rply rammed me causing me to flip, I had to crawl out.

All this time I was holding the AK already while getting out so as I stood up, it was ready to shoot.

Why did you ram my car? What reason did you have to do so?

as you can see i say stop the car he is reduced his speed and after that he accelrate again so  i rammed him to stop his car

RPly, the AK was on my lap inside the car as I didn't RP holstering it nor did i weapon tab it to be on my back, it was my primary, selected weapon.

Sure, I could have done a /me or a /do to RP it being there, but scriptly it was selected and after witnessing your group DM @Zoloft for the reason "we wanted her bag" and the non-rp ramming/flipping of my car with no prior RP interaction, I figured if I didn't act swiftly, i'd be laying on the ground the same way @Zoloft was 10 minutes prior.

I will not respond to you anymore to you any more, I will await @Aldari_Tagril's response/questioning.

I have decided to conclude this report with the following. 

Stranger 5921_1024 (Roberto_Sanchez) | You will receive a punishment for Fear-RP Offense #2 (Normal) 

• The reasoning behind this conclusion was reached due to the fact you was immobilised and upside down in your vehicle. You then also had a gun on you at close range long before you ever fully managed to get out of your vehicle, therefore you should have been in compliance with Fear-RP. While you may not have had to switch to your AK, in real life you would be seen climbing out of your car with your AK and shot down immediately. For this conclusion to be reached we must pay attention to the wording of the Fear-RP rule as laid out in the rulebook:

  7.1.1 Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s life in situations where your safety is in immediate danger when the attacker is in a position to quickly end your life at will.

  Being upside down and clambering out of a vehicle while at gun point, I have decided, would be inline with this definition. You were in a completely exposed and defenceless position and therefore should have complied with the attacker.

• The reasoning behind this conclusion was reached due to the fact you attempted to give demands to another player while you were both driving. Realistically the other player would not in anyway be able to hear you while you were both speeding down a major highway and therefore your demand to stop would not constitute a valid demand. You then proceeded to ram the other player without having a valid demand, set out by the reasoning above. I have decided to issue a Non-RP warning here due to it not being clearly stated in the rule book when people should and should not be able to hear your proximity voice.
