How did the player break the rule?: I drove up to braddocks to cook some drugs with the fam and I get rammed into a ditch. Whilst trying to get 
out my vehicle to surrender I get shot.

You were warned to get out of the vehicle with your hands up you started driving so you got rammed at 65 km/h approximately and went into that hole i told you to get out the car with you hands up i never shot at you i was giving you a chance to get out then this guy comes out of nowhere and kills you. I'd like to apologise if i broke any rules if you want your stuff back i can give it you from mine.

All of this can easily be easily be rebuttled by watching the video. At no point was I given any time to comply with any of your demands (no demands were ever even audible) and you had absolutely no reason to attempt to harm me in any way. I don't think any further arguing is needed as the video speaks for itself so I will wait for a staff member's judgment.

Mask 2297_1529 (Nathan_Rose) @Natan | I'd like to know at what point he was told to get out of the vehicle and I'd like to know why you thought it was acceptable to ram at all in a luxury vehicle that is not designed to ram? Why did you show no concern for your own safety or vehicle when you decided to ram him? I am, however, willing to believe you did indeed tell him to get out as I can see you using VOIP and did not shoot him at any point.

Hello @patyna

You can be seen running at 00:13 running towards the vehicle. Whether you did something wrong or not is another matter, but regardless the reporter has reported you and so you have the right to use the 24 hours to provide your side of the story. If you have nothing to say then that is okay too.

At 0;14 you can hear someone saying "ou..." i was told over the radio that he was told to get out of his vehicle with his hands up the other car drove in was told to get out of his vehicle after  he was told he started driving i got in the stolen schafter v12 and started chasing saw this guy that was apparently told to get out so i rammed him at 65 km/h I don't think you'd die irl at 65 km/h in such a long car with such a large/long engine if you rammed someone. Sorry for my mistakes if they were made.

I have decided to conclude this report with the following.

Mask 2297_1529 (Nathan_Rose) | You will received a punishment for Vehicle Deathmatching Offense #1 (Normal) and Non-RP offense #3

• You will received these punishments for using your vehicle to attack another play while having too insufficient of a reason. There was no interaction between you and the player prior to you ramming him off the road and in this instance you used your vehicle as a weapon to ram the Seven-70 into the ditch. You will receive the Non-RP offense for ramming in your luxury vehicle, which is not a vehicle designed for ramming. The reasoning behind this conclusion is in line with the following rules:
