How did the player break the rule?: Me and my friend hear gunshots, we go to investigate. i approach and say whats going on, hes voip does not work
my friend decides to rob the guy, i notice and help him out, Stranger 6504_3531 Pulls out a gun while being in direct danger. So i put him down
I then approach Stranger 274_5222 and threaten her to hands up MULTIPLE TIMES, she then goes OOC and says they are in admin report, i proceed to 
stay IC because no admins where on spot and i was not notified from any admin saying rp was paused. after shouting at her multiple times 
hands up, it clearly shows that she does not fear her life but instead keeps talking OOC and insults me. She then pulls out a gun and starts shooting
at me. i put her down too. she then says she is reporting me and says no forums straight to Osvaldon ???

We were waiting for an admin and report was made regarding the windsor under water, that was stolen and dumped under the bridge. Boris icly was pissed about this. We heard motorbikes coming towards us and we began to plot a robery - Ania hid underwater, but that was clearly a false move as  she coudnt shoot there (she didint know that). As  hese guys came "under the bridge" I tried telling them, that this is an unfortunate day for them and I would have asked them for the keys to their bikes if they want no harm, but they indicated, that my voip was not working, Ive tried multiple times, but it didint work for them, so I started to type and as soon as I hit enter - he pulls out a gun clearly using the sittuation to his advantage, that I need to type, I shot the guy down due to him pulling out a gun. Boris icly was an ex mob boss and he doesnt take these things lightly especially when he is pissed, the ones that actally ploted the roberry were us, but we didint have a chance to rp it properly or to respond. I didint know that they did not hear me talking, they might have used it to their advantage to start me typing, so they could draw on me, this type of roberies are quite popular on eclipse - act that voip is not working and then draw a gun once the other party starts typing as they cant do anything at that point. As for Ania - her keyboard started to malfunction as the video shows aswell, she took out a joystick aswell and tried to hide. Kept pressing buttons and shot sounds were heard, but gun wasnt drawn.

At 0:33 You can clearly see that your VOIP is not working.
You are changing topics completely, the reason i reported you is not because your VOIP or you were pissed. The rules clearly states 
when you are in direct danger you cannot pull out a gun and start shooting no matter how pissed your character is or how trained he is.
as for for your friend, she must reply herself and provide proof. because what you say has no foundation without proof.

I believe you, that you coudnt hear me as the video shows it. The thing is that I would have pulled the gun out before you did it if I didint need to type to put your hands up.

According to you your friend might also had a mouse malfunction  since aimed directly at me and started shooting. Apparently she can still type completely fine with the malfunction.

at 1:37: I ask her in OOC why she started shooting, she clearly says it herself '' because you aim'' she literally said it herself that she broke fearRP. and now you come and lie into the admins face and mine. mhm not nice

Since 0:45 and until we command you to hands up,  You never type a single word, or else it would say ((Typing)) above your head.  my friend gave you more then enough time for you to hands up, we also never took advantage of the typing thing, but instead we waited 5 long second to make sure if you were writing anything.

So please dont use typing as an excuse when you can clearly see in the video you were NOT typing at all.

0:53 and 0:55 is 2 second gap, I dont know where you learned math, but clearly you dont know the difference between 2 and 5, wish you good luck in learning that

And about they keyboard thing - in general the combo went malfunction or otherwise you would be singing another song as you would be on the ground.

After reviewing the video and reading the replies I have decided to conclude this report with the following. 

 

Stranger 274_5222 (Ania_Orlov) | You will receive a punishment for Fear Roleplay Offense #1 (Normal) & OOC insults #1 (Minor).

• As the fear RP rule states: 

  Quote

  Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s life in situations where your safety is in immediate danger when the attacker is in a position to quickly end your life at will.

  so refusing to cooperate and then withdrawing your gun to attack the player is considered a normal breach of the Fear-RP rule, for showing no regard for the fear roleplay rule.
• The OOC insult punishment is self-explanatory enough that I don't think it needs anymore elaboration, it's unacceptable to call someone an idiot, period. 

Stranger 6504_3531 (Boris_Hurezanov) | You will receive a punishment for Fear Roleplay Offense #1 (Normal).

• Once again, withdrawing your gun and attacking a player who has a gun aimed at you at such close proximity falls within the definition stated above and therefore is considered a normal breach of Fear-RP. 

 

For the sake of clarification I will go over two points, firstly that of the Fear-RP rule. The Fear-RP rule is there to enforce that people react to imminent danger in a realistic sense so as to fear for their character's lives, the rulebook is very clear on when you have to comply with the Fear-RP rule and when you do not. You must comply with the Fear-RP rule in the following circumstances:

• When you are on foot and a weapon is aimed at you at close range;
• When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range;
• When the attacker lowers their weapon to write a roleplay response, your life remains in direct danger

As you can see by the top example, you were both in breach of Fear-RP by pulling a gun on your attacker when they are directly endangering your life with a weapon aimed at you at close range. If you reached behind your back in real life to grab your gun, what do you think would happen? You'd be gunned down before you even managed to get it out of your pants, this is why we have the Fear-RP rule. 

Secondly, communicating with an admin through the use of /rm is no reason to stop RP'ing. Unless the admin pauses the RP or all parties agree to pause you must continue with the roleplay. If you ever find yourself in RP when an admin takes your report quite simply inform the admin or member of staff and they will wait for your situation to be concluded or, alternatively, request all other parties agree to a pause so you may deal with the admin. You may not, ever, attempt to forcibly stop RP yourself simply because you're communicating with a member of staff.
