6.6.1 Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

How did the player break the rule?: Well, I clearly pointed a gun at him in his car when he was all stable and he decided to not fear the gun pointed to him at such close range and decided to just dirve away without any roleplay fear.

So, first of all; I did not break Fear RP, because my car's engine was running, and not stalled. 

Examples, where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a vehicle which engine is not stalled; • When you have a firearm drawn prior to the other person aiming their weapon at you; • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they are distracted and turn their back on you;

And secondly, could you tell me where the Non-RP rulebreak was?

And in OOC chat, you said that you rply had the gun pointed at my head, that is not true, because when you said it in the /me, you didn't specify which part of my body it is pointed at.

In the video you provided itself I aimed the firearm at you on 2:09 and you started moving at 2:12 ( 3 seconds I had a gun pointed at you with less than 1.5 meters of range between us). I guess that's enough time for you to understand that as soon as you hit your leg on the gas pedal you'd get shot in real life.

Hello everyone,

I see no rules being broken in this report. He could have easily gotten away and the rules state you are able to do so on a freshly drawn firearm.
