I wanted to RP being injured but was un able to because of this NON RP You were giving us 5 seconds to meet your demands? That's not even enough time DeathMatch (7.2.1) I was shot to death for saying "hey guys" on the radio, I was gunna ask if were were still cool with Clowns, as we had just seen one that was all good. I was never told not to use my radio. I was not warned to stop using my radio Mask 2482_8071 was shot at for no reason as he drove past, he did not look like us and wasnt our friend, he was just passing by. I was finished off for no reason Vehicle Deathmatch (7.3.1) Eventho it might not look like it I believe they rammed us on purpose to rob us. First of all, I have a question ... about Fear RP: when someone is pointing a gun at your face would you just try and risk your life with using radio In Real Life? he breached a rule himself and we have a shortcode in our radio which is "YO" when someone says "YO" everyone should get to his last position on the map ... why wouldn't they have a short code on their radio too? If someone has used a code word in the past to call backup and then heaps of people come. They might have been coming anyways. I shouldn’t be punished for non rp, no backup came. Cause I wasn’t calling backup I was asking if anyone knew the relationship between us and the clowns. I could have been telling people not to come cause irl that happens. Hostage takers often order hostages to tell everyone they are okay. I did not say a location. And this “use code word and go to last map location” how would anyone know my map location? Sounds like you guys use discord to tell locations. That’s not allowed. It’s not rp to shoot someone cause you think they used a code word. That’s just an excuse to dm and rob them. Name one criminal that would do that irl. If you gonna rp that paranoid then make sure when you are chilling at lsc and someone drives past and says “hey guys” that you either freak out and run, scared for your life cause you think you getting robbed or you kill them. Cause that’s what you did to me. I was being polite making sure you guys were okay. We were not a threat. You didn’t even ask us to pay for damages, which would cost a fair bit if a vehicle rolled like yours did. And it seems like you deliberately rammed us to rob us, which is vdm. In real life If you have a car accident you exchange details for the repair of the damages. You don’t rob people. No gang member would be that dumb in real life. Next time you have a car accident make sure you check: 1. Everyone is okay in your car 2. The vehicles isn’t about to explode from the damages 3. You would get out and check the vehicle for damage. 4. Then check the other people. Or leave the scene. You had no previous reason to rob us before the accident and for all you knew there could have been more of us at the lab, or even police but you guys just did the scummy way of doing things and decided to break server rules. No location, no “help” and I didn’t sound stressed I was just asking a question over radio. For all you knew I could have bumped the radio button. Now you are lying 1. We were not being followed for hours and I have the footage to prove it. 2. You aimed guns at us before we said we were zetas. You were robbing us for no reason. And used the deliberate VDM to gain a vantage point by breaking server rules. And to to shut down the “he used radio, beaks fear rp” claim. How would I be breaking fear rp when my character doesn’t know ic-Ly that gangs use code words to call backup. How can my character fear something he doesn’t know. Hazel Posted January 4, 2019 Report Share Posted January 4, 2019 Thank you for the report @Harm After some careful deliberation with a higher member of staff I have come to the following conclusion: Vehicle Deathmatching - Mask 8343_8045 // Jonathan Allen, Mask 506_6550 // Peyman Ataei and Mask 5004_6445 // Khaste Kabir were the 3 individuals in the Sandking XL that crashed into the Elegy Retro. After carefully reviewing the footage I have come to the conclusion that Vehicle Deathmatching was not broken because you can clearly see the Sandking XL try to steer away at the last second, however they were unable to due to their speed, which resulted in the crash happening. Nothing is pointing towards deliberately crashing their vehicle. Vehicle Deathmatching was NOT broken. Non Roleplay - The rules do not state that you have to immediately acknowledge any injuries to yourself or your vehicle. Harm stated in the report that he wished to RP being injured, however throughout the encounter I saw no /me's or /do's being used and he kept talking so that argument is completely invalid. Besides that they gave you 5 seconds to comply is somewhat untrue. They drew their guns and pointed them at you about 5-7 seconds and started making their demands followed the 5 second countdown when you did not comply, that is plenty of time to just get out of the vehicle. Non Roleplay was NOT broken. Deathmatching - Harm was shot down by the 3 aforementioned individuals after what was about 35-40 seconds of him not complying to their demands. On top of that Harm started using his radio while guns were pointed at him, already in contravention of the Fear Roleplay rule. Even if Harm's intent was not to call backup he did nonetheless provoke the Clowns as they were not aware of his actions or intent, so they had every right to shoot him. They also had the right to execute harm at the end execute due to him being a key victim of their crime and a key witness for the police if he was kept alive. Mask 2482_8071 // Daniel Underwood was not being shot at as he passed by as I did not witness or hear any shots towards him when he was passing by the scene. Deathmatching was NOT broken. Fear Roleplay - It is evident from the footage that Nicholas Harm did in fact break the Fear Roleplay rule as he had more than enough time to comply and on top of that used his radio while at gun point. His friend Mask 8816_4241 // Larry Wrzosek did not break the Fear Roleplay rule as he complied with the demands of the 3 individuals, only getting up when the clown in front of him was distracted ( AFK ) to shoot at the individuals. Fear Roleplay WAS broken by Nicholas Harm. In conclusion: Mask 8343_8045 // Jonathan Allen, Mask 506_6550 // Peyman Ataei and Mask 5004_6445 // Khaste Kabir - Will NOT receive any punishments. Nicholas Harm - Will receive his first warning for Fear Roleplay.
