How did the player break the rule?: I have a video that shows all of it, not only is he aiming at me from a ncz but I know where it ends and I know he wants to kill me, so of course i'm going to take a precaution to that, theres no rule of me pre aiming a ncz if someone is walking with an ak towards me, not only that but in the video you see him try and run me over and I have to move out of the way to avoid being hit, this is all stimming from a previous incident that a few people are upset that I was able to kill them before they were able to kill me and it's just ridiculous.

Got my video on actually what happen and also a report is going up on you. 

As you can see the script in the no crime zone is there, I dodged you so i wouldn't hit you and I'm allowed to hit the person once, And how is that fear roleplay when you didn't say anything just held a gun pointed to me while I'm in a NCZ?

You also blatantly been breaking rules all day 12/13/2018. OOC insults is ridiculous and you killing people RP. 

I didn't attempt to run you over I clearly dodge because that's so non rp to hit you with my bike. I had backup come up behind you so how was that fear rp? Also I was in a NCZ.

I watched the scenario take place. I watched king oni raise a weapon once jordyn baxtor raised his. Jordyn was being held by both men at the point were king raised his weapon. he proceeded to OOCLY insult me here. after his last actions it seems he is asking to get people banned or get banned. really ruins the fun when people cannot follow rules.

that's fear roleplay by continuously walking towards someone with a gun pointed at you. Not only that but you came back to the scene immediately after wards, along with that you had no reason to be stalking around in a ncz while im sitting there talking with friends, you have been pulling this shit ever since I killed you and others at lsc for firing at me, like this is actually hilarious the amount of effort you and others are putting into getting me banned, especially Steve it's cute he continues to try when I don't even fucking play anymore lol like we had a full blown 30 minute conversation about how I wasn't hacking or abusing anything then as soon as you see me you immediately call your boys and steve for whatever reason funny how he shows up when I know he doesn't have zetas radio, not only that but I don't fully believe you'd text him to get him to show up so what's that about? How did the player break the rule?: This player broke several rules blatantly, at first he tried to rob me in a NCZ and it is scripted in the left bottom corner. Also let the player know it was a NCZ. I called for backup as I can show in video. I wait for backup to arrive so I can proceed to role play getting Baxtor on his knees. I proceeded to drive my Hakuchou Drag through a back way so I can distract him. I drove past him and waited for Larry (3648_365) to get behind him. He then keeps his gun aimed at me while I'm in a NCZ and then shoots at me. I didn't aim my gun once at him while in a NCZ as you can see in video. He also then insults Steve OOCLY calling him "whiny little bitch boy" then also states "yes indeed its an ooc insult". He also broke fear rp by yelling out "dwayne come here" and it was several people who can potentially harm him.

Onto some general information, I see pop by a lot, and also in this report.

This does not display the NCZ area correctly by the rules. This is only there for two functions:

1. For the Anti-Vehicle theft script to work
2. For new players to learn the general areas of a No Crime Zone

The rules go above ingame scripts at all time. Here are the No Crime Zone rules:

Yep I shot him because he had been sitting around us and pulling out his ak multiple times after me and others were just sitting there talking, and this stems from an earlier incident where I believe him and otheres were upset about the fact I was able to kill I believe it was like 5 people in a few minutes without dying, it turned into a situation that Pbaj was dragged into and handled, they believed I was hacking and I proved to Pbaj that I was not, and answered multiple questions in /b about the situation, when he pulled up and others started showing up because he called over the radio and I managed to hear one of the messages over the radio due to proximity I knew what was going to happen, I was unaware of people behind me as no contact was made or anything, I thought that he had passed the line on the road that closed out the ncz, especially since he started aiming at me with an ak. That is the entire reasoning behind me firing is because I saw him aim a gun at me while I had mine at him. If I had known there was people behind me I would have followed fear rp rules, but no contact was made no words said nothing, you can even see that in both videos, or my entire stream if you wish to watch that. But I am curious as to how someone who's PR at lsc shows up to this scene for no reason hence my ooc insults because this kid is literally harassing me all the time, and he was the one who dragged Pbaj into the situation listed earlier. I just wanted to enjoy the game for the first time in awhile and instead I had to deal with this. Makes it a bit hard to enjoy rping when this type of stuff happens. Anyway that is my explanation for me shooting King, but I would like to bring something else up, I was in discord with multiple people from the situation, and they were telling me that he showed back up immediately after dying while the people who were involved were still there, Teddy Baker being the main one as he was completely present during it.

My apologies for having the heavy in the NCZ as it wasn't intentional to hurt anyone's role play experience nor to be in breach of that rule. I already had my heavy on my back and when I enter NCZ I do /dropgun and put it away. Since he was aiming at me I was confused on his intentions which didn't give me a chance to put my gun away. @MusketDeezNuts

I received a call from King Oni saying that you were their. i pulled up to watch the scene go down. ( dont believe i ever left ncz ). I proceeded to watch you raise a gun on Oni while you were outside NCZ and he was inside NCZ. King did not look to have a pistol on his waste band. after probably about 1.5 seconds of you aiming a gun at him he took out his weapon aswell. that was when you proceeded to shoot him. you can even see in his video that he was hesitant to shoot back assuming thats because he knows the rules. As far as him coming back to the scene of a crime. it was a foul play death along with he died in NCZ witch dose not count as a kill for you keep your items dieing in ncz. As far as larry goes. from my POV it just seemed he was protecting a friend that was getting shot. Not sure how that equates to DM

Explanation for the accused DM: King is a good friend ICly, once Jordan aimed his gun & shot at King it gave me a valid reason to shoot Jordan.

Jordan is standing on the sidewalk across the street east from Tequilala, and I shoot him from a lot behind him even further east from the NCZ.  There is a full street and a little more between us and the NCZ. I did not initiate anything here. I did not get to choose the place and time, nor how this goes down. Once Jordan started shooting from what I confirmed to be outside the NCZ (to my knowledge) that's when it became kill or be killed for me and my friend King. I don't see how my piece can be defined as breaching NCZ policy with 25 yards between us and a NCZ.

• No Crime Zone | Offense #0 | I shall not apply a warning or an offense #1. Offense #0 is meant as an admin note on your profile. that you have been spoken to about NCZ's
• FearRP | Admin Note | As the rules state that if someone breaks a rule, you use /report then inform that party using OOC to inform a rule has been broken and then you continue with your RP. Meaning also that FearRP should be followed inside an No Crime Zone. However, I feel like giving you a friendly warning on this so next time it does not happen is better than a punishment. as we the staff are here to teach above anything else. So, in this case, I shall put a note on your record, that you have been informed about this. (this shows up as a warning on your record but it really is not and shall not affect you while joining a faction. Same goes for the Offense #0)

  You shall be cleared of all other charges, I shall not apply a deathmatch offense as you had enough reasons to shoot once the AK was raised and aimed towards you, as your life was in direct danger, Aiming a gun at someone grants the other person KOS, But same goes the other way around. Yes, You ware standing inside an NCZ while aiming. and you got an offense for that. but I think it is unfair to put a deathmatch offense above that as you had your reasons to aim and shoot.
