How did the player break the rule?: The player was shot several times by me and my friend "Mask 9027_622 (3)". After we hurt him, he picked up his phone and dial both medics and police. Realistically, your not going to pick up a phone and call for help after you've been shot full of lead. I am aware of the rule concerning power gaming, and can assure you that I would not have done so as I had nothing to gain from the situation. I had nothing of value on my persons. I did not even mention how this rule was broken. So please do not lie about how you were able to drive away on your screen. I highly doubt the server has desync issues that bad.
