6.8.2 NCZs can have exceptions, that can be reviewed with the /NCZ command.

7.2 Deathmatch
7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason.
An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban.

• If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or
allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone;
• If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime,

How did the player break the rule?: I was outside an NCZ, of which the boudris weren't active in /ncz but as per admin discretion, I believe it is still consider an NCZ. It is within inches of the NCZ. He had no reason to kill me either as he did not witness me borrowing the radio. Not sure why he thought I stole it, as I asked him and he let me borrow it (the securoserv jacket man is the dued present in the beginning of the video). I believe his sole motive to kill me was because I claimed I had an AK.

This was clearly an inexperienced player and I think he should be briefed of the rules against KOS and DM.

And youre acting like some 12 year old brat, bragging about stealing radios, being chased by cops and carrying ak47s, disrespecting the community of this bar right in front of it. What the hell are you expecting. Imagine if you did the same outside a police station. And I clearly said things to you in chat before any actions, so it is not KOS. I even roleplay after shooting you. So it's just pure example of whining. You play to win, I assume.

 

And look at your own video, 2:15 how you nonrply try drive a damn motorvehicle into the bar. And you try and report others of failure to roleplay.. What the hell is this. - Which would also be a breach of the NCZ that you think you know so much about. If you were able to enter with that vehicle.

According to developers, if the script supports it, its allowed. And a crippled man can reach his ear and press a button.

 

Regarding your comment about inside od the bar being NCZ. 

NCZs are to admin disgression, this is in close proximity to the bank. Enough to be deemed NCZ aswell.

 

Rgarding me being a 12 year old brat, I didnt steal a radio buddy, I said borrow several times. You did not witness me taking the radio so eben if I robbes, you dont have valid kos.

I wasnt bragging, thats one way to put it. I simply claimed it to justify my reasoning. I didnt intend on keeping the borrowed radio.

 

Please enlighten me on the roleplay you did before KOSing me. And looks like you are salty you failed at acquring an AK and instead acquired a forum report.

You endorsing NCZ so much, and no it says only interior. And this is not the LS bank. So its a different story in regards to NCZ.

And oh yeah you can radio while shot to death? Okay, what about the people who instantly /dial 911 when theyre shot to pieces? Yeah.. Script allows it, so it must be okay  right? Or to keep running after you get mowed by a truck. Because the script allows you? What are these half ars excuses.

And what you think, a guy bragging about stealing a radio from the community of this bar, saying you're being chased by police and carrying an AK. Obviously that radio is not to be in your hands, and you think you'd be safe clowning around like that at the place it originated from`? You said "haha" during these comments were you admit to these things. Thinking it was cool.

Reread what you posted. Doesnt make sense.

 

And I didnt enter in the video you provided. I only hit the door testing if I can enter. And yes. You can call 911 after dying. You can only call 911, no other number. Thats the way of the script. I can talk on radio when killed. Its the way of the script.

Aha' so because you're contradicting yourself with the NCZ rule, and breaching it yourself. You're telling me I am harrasing you? I don't think so. Where is the OOC insults that you speak of? It's easy to see that you're OOC lying on the other hand as well. Stating that you did not drive your bike to try and thrash a ncz interior. And  you call it testing. If you read the rules before playing you would understand this:

When you are saying something about me thrashing an interior, use a better word. Thrash isn't the one you are looking for and it hinders my ability to comprehend your sentence, (Keep in mind there were no players around. I checked out of pure curiosity and nothing more to it. )

And once again, an area not explicitly stated as NCZ can be deemed as an NCZ under admin discretion. Therefore, NCZ boundaries are fluid. You continue to repeat everything I have already answered. I don't believe you are capable of defending yourself in this situation. I would like to request @Flucifial to expedite this report as @Killerder continues to meander from the focus of this report where the target is him, not me.

You are OOCly insulting em on several occasions such as hinting several derogatory terms like I am lying, indirectly calling me a liar. Asking "What are these half ars excuses." implying that I am trying to make excuses which is incorrect. You also refered to me as a "12 year old brat". Please choose your words wisely.

Just because someone admits to stealing/borrowing radios from someone, doesn't mean you have kill-on-sight, you must witness the action firsthand, and it must be of over $75,000 in value, that is not the case here, therefore, the reported party has broken the Kill on Sight rule. The NCZ is in the interior, not the exterior. The entrance of the bar, is a hallway that turns to the right, therefore standing outside of the bar, in front of the door, is not visible to any sort of security. The NCZ rule has not been broken. 

@Killerder I have added a warning to your forum account (NOTE: I have not added ANY warning points, this simply serves as a VERBAL warning) for your minor offensive language to other community members within this report. We treat all community members with respect, and you obviously do not have enough respect to be considered respectful or responsible within this report.

Warning to the reporting party, that talking on your radio, especially fluently, can be considered non-roleplay, but the video doesn't pick up your voice so I'm not sure what you've actually said, and that testing your motorcycle trying to drive it into the bar is also considered non-roleplay, please refrain from doing so in the future. 

James_Carlton (Stranger 5397_3240) will receive a forty-eight (48) hour ban for their first offense of Deathmatching/Invalid KOS.
