How did the player break the rule?:

After my game crashed i logged back in to game waited for my friend to pick me up and continue what we were doing . I moved to not stand on the highway and radio'ed in my friend to pick me up . While i was doing it i got hit by a Comet who intentionally swerved into me . The road was empty no war were there he had enough room to go and not hit me .

i was driving on the highway with a friend talking oocly in ooc chat, i was not paying much attention was even looking around with third person camera, i only see the man after hit him, the reason i swerve is to avoid crashing into fence, not to hit him on purpose also on his video you can't even see me go towards him, so i think its very hard to say it was on purpose

I'm more inclined to believe this was purposeful due to the nature of the hit. If you realized you hit someone, go back and let them know it was an accident, do not continue driving.

Jack_Vierri (Mask 8171_3912) will receive a forty-eight (48) hour ban for their first offense of VDM.
