7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or

allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone;

• If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime,

such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient;

• If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help;

How did the player break the rule?: Firstly the group attempted to kidnap without KOS which breaches the hostages rules we informed them of this OOCly to which some of the group even agreed that you cannot kidnap without KOS, Lucass_Sanchez shot Shannon_reels after she was in compliance with their demands which breaches the “7.2.3 A player cannot kill their victim, if the victim is in compliance with the demands.” After some people leave the area I get shot and killed even though I was already injured and they could not psychically gain KOS on me, I was still injured yet I was still shot (Due to the video we cannot physically see 100% who it was).

 

Evidence of rule breach: The video will be sent to the admin who is handling it and it contains private information.

Hello, so basically this is the whole situation from our view:

We tried to rob these guys in the mid of highway, 2 of them had their handsup and we were pointing our guns at them

But then more people from their gang (mercia) came to help these 2 guys that we were robbing, they RAMED our guys and shoot at us

I saw the contender coming to RAM us aswell, so i told these 2 girls to get in the cars , so we can go to the rightside of the highway, we didnt want to kidnapp them...

I told them 10 times to get in the car (IN VOIP) , they refused and it was obvious that they are wasting time so their friends can help them

So i told them many times, when they didnt respond I executed 1 of them

ALSOOOOOO there is no way that u kill these guys and they dont go OOC, always OOC

Someone ramming you and shooting you is not the victim's fault.

If you wanted to move us to the side of the highway, then you could have done it under gunpoint by just saying "move to the side of the highway" so that we weren't in the middle, I don't see how you would need a car to move us from the middle of the road to the side - moving us any further than this would be kidnapping. Why would you need your car to move us to the side of the road, when the car is already near the edge?

People from both sides (us and your guys) went into OOC to explain that you need KOS to kidnap so that no rules were broken, OOC did get spammed and I agree next time it should just be one person explaining then continuing the RP.

Any info from the admins about who shot me while I was injured on the floor?

yes you couldnt comply cause of injury but your friend that got shot shannon could comply and she was shot because she didnt comply
second dont say that we lie when we say mercia goes in ooc chat a lot you can see this report and others that you go in ooc a lot its not slander its fact
third stop talking about kidnapping when no kidnapping happened how can you report someone for theoretical rule break i can say that you were gonna dm so lets discuss your dm? doesnt make sense

just to state it once more, because i know you will quote me out of context again shannon was shot because she was told multiple times to enter a vehicle and didnt do so
if you are talking about reporting me for shooting you that is nonsense because there is a video that you refuse to share and even on that very private video you cant see who shoots you

@musket administrators close reports all the time for no evidence i explained why shannon was shot and there is no evidence of who or why zoloft is shot now he is asking for logs - you cant report without evidence -- does rules apply to everyone or not? here you can see report being closed with same situation

I told her to get in the car, She said shes gonna follow it but she didnt, was trying to waste time so his friends can ram/kill us from behind.

• Invalid reason to kidnap | Offense #2 | The entire situation would have been okay and no further rules would have been broken if you did not demand them to get inside the vehicle. This is what they call the Butterfly effect. You always need a valid Kill on Sight to kidnap someone.

• Deathmatch | Offense #2 | Shannon_Reels was following all demands that were given to her, Then another Mercia member drove into the scene, Hit one of your guys once, and opened fire from a distance. After you guys had killed the Mercia Backup, You can be seen running back to Shannon_Reels who was still following FearRP and Following your Demands and you killed her straight away without saying anything before running off and killing @Zoloft who was already injured from a previous interaction. You had absolutely no reason to kill @Zoloft either as he was injured (and did not speak a word ICly, meaning he's either RPing passed out or unable to speak at that point) from another situation, and this is called Mercy Killing. witch, you shall recieve a warning for also:
