An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. 7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone; • If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime, such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient; • If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help; 7.2.3 A player cannot kill their victim, if the victim is in compliance with the demands. 7.2.4 A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands and warn the victim more than one time, if the victim is too slow to respond or react to the demands. 7.2.5 A player cannot force their victim to kill someone, if the enforcer does not have a valid reason to kill that someone. How did the player break the rule?: First i have visited the "beach lab" and saw them robbing other guys, came there they let me go, because they knew I was from clowns, then I decided to Follow them, because our guys were making drugs in other labs, I have followed them to lumber drug lab and before I entered I heard shots, I drove inside And told them to stop shooting and called on radio that those guys are shooting, didn't get any demands or warnings and got instantly shot and killed. We were in the process of robbing some people at the ocean drug lab and this guy pulls up in his car. My friend then pointed a shotgun at his face and told him to leave the area. After we told him to leave he kept following us to the mountain drug lab. Then at the mountain lab we started to rob the people their and then a few other cars pull up and it gets into a full on gun fight between our gangs. When Viktor pulled up i heard him on the radio saying there were shots at lumber. so i assumed he was calling for backup so i killed him before he could say anything else to his friends. Also can you please post the beginning of the video where our encounter started at the ocean drug lab. this 30 second video shows nothing about what really happen all it shows is you saying to stop shooting and then calling on the radio about some shots at lumber. You have to look at this like a real life situation if we told you to go away and you are dressed up in the same exact stuff with the same color and under glow on the car as the people that we are robbing. anyone else in real life would of done the exact same thing that I did. And please show the full footage again. Woah woh, wait a sec buddy, you came to the left drug lab, you saw 6 of us and you said that we are good. Then I decided to scout around to see what is going on other labs and came to the beach lab, saw you robbing other guys, well i knew that we were good so I just came to check if everything is good, but your friend started aiming gun at me , which gave me KOS on him and I could just have invited all my crew to your place and kill all of you, but I decided otherwise. Our other half of the crew was at lumber lab and I knew that you are going around and robbing everyone. So you saw me following you to Osvaldon lab , then there was no chance you could have seen me behind you. So yeah, I have already gave information on the radio that you are shooting at our guys before entering (they already knew and was on their way). Then i entered and first i said to you "stop shooting", then after you hited my car I said on radio "yeah they are shooting" and again said to you " Stop shooting". You didn't give any demands or any warnings. Want to see your video footage, because you said that you have one. I want the part where you HEAR me speaking on the radio, not just seeing my orange ID. Flucifial Posted December 9, 2018 Report Share Posted December 9, 2018 Report will be rejected, you were giving information on the radio of shots being fired at the Lumber drug lab, they could've very well heard you, therefore, they had a valid reason to shoot you.
