An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. 7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone; • If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime, such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient; • If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help; 7.2.3 A player cannot kill their victim, if the victim is in compliance with the demands. 7.2.4 A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands and warn the victim more than one time, if the victim is too slow to respond or react to the demands. 7.2.5 A player cannot force their victim to kill someone, if the enforcer does not have a valid reason to kill that someone. How did the player break the rule?: A group of three people attempt to pull me over in my vehicle, eventually stalling my engine. I wait for their instructions, then get out and comply. I tell them 'I will remember you' then they go ahead and rob me. Then Mask 2052_2687 proceeds to shoot me dead for no reason. Jordan_Black Can be seen with his friends in a vehicle shouting out of a vehicle. Not very roleplay style. to stop the car, @Archaeah Tries to escape. and her tires are shot out. After which she gives up. Then she was compliant to all demands given. And then executed by Jordan_Black after they ware finished searching her and her car. waffels852 Posted December 7, 2018 Report Share Posted December 7, 2018 in the video does it show her in chat saying i'm going to remember you? as a cop which we found out via rp because we had searched her and found a badge, as a cop making that kind of statement towards a criminal would that not directly affect the fact that our lives could be put in danger upon her finding us again? I'm confused here beyond all belief because we found out shes a cop not only that but I know her on this character and know shes apart of swat, which means it could be heavily dangerous for us if she lives. When someone says I am going to remember you and cause they are a member of the LSPD or S.W.A.T gives you no rights to kill her. As she was compliant to all demands given. You may kill someone if your life is in direct danger. So I shall go by them one by one. Quote • If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone; She did not harm, Hurt or damage your property. She was not arresting you either. As she was not even on-duty. Quote • If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime, such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient; She did not report you at this time. That she is a cop it doesn't matter as she was not on-duty. Quote • If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help; In fact, she was compliant to all demands given after she exited her vehicle. I hope by this to have given you enough information to learn from. and with that being said I shall now apply the following offenses to your account: Deathmatch | Offense #1 | What would be a 48-hour ban from our community.
