How did the player break the rule?: After a length IC pursuit Mask 1366_8179 was eventually caught and captured. Upon being caught Mask 1366_8179
decided to immediately enter /b and complain. Upon being told to stay out of /b by myself Mask 1366_8179 then said "na im good" and then logged.
