" 7.3.4 If there are multiple players on a scene, the driver can hit each one of them only once, however, the driver is given only one attempt to do it. 
This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the purpose of hitting more players. "

How did the player break the rule?: Mask 1280_8128 ran me over during an active shootout. I am not sure if he had previously ran over Mike Adams, however
after running me over Mask 1280_8128 decided to turn around and re-enter the shootout and attempt to run over another Officer, Julio Santos, failing
while doing so. He then turns back around again, this time running Julio Santos over and succeeding while doing so.

The Player ID you are reporting is me i want to see the video of the scenario and as i know VDM rule is broken when you Hit someone (or try hitting) and run away turn around and hit him again or his teammates , if i am right about who is reporting me and when did this happen , i was going north in highway as soon as i saw an officer shooting my friends i ran him over he was standing next to a U-turn i took the U-turn started shooting driveby and did not try to hit any one with car , there was more officers so i decided to go off the road and park my car to start shooting , on my way to get off the road i ran over a guy and another officer in the bushes then got away from the scene , stopped my car and continue shooting on foot. Unfortunately i did not record it i hope the guy who decided to report recorded what he saw , so as i said i did not Try to Run over some one over and over , and i did not move away and come back to hit more guys. i was in middle of them and trying to dodge bullets and do as much damage as i am allowed to do with out breaking the rules.

The story provided by the reported party does turn out to be true, the reporting party was aiming, and likely shooting, at players across the street, giving him a valid reason to run you over. Report will be rejected.
