How did the player break the rule?:
He just shot at me as soon as I showed up and did not allow me to respond to the roleplay/robbery. The others in the video did not engage right away besides one warning bullet to my car. I was told to get out with my hands up by the guy on the left, but the rulebreaker did not give me any chance to proceed in that RP.

hey man im arman vieri 

as you can see in this video 

at first time i dont want to shoot this guy but when i realize i dont put my mask on and he saw my face i try to remove witness . because he can snitch me to the pd and i getting in trouble . so i killed him 

 

i think this is not agains the rule play . you can kill witness of a crime 

maybe im wrong and i take full responsibilty

Hello @final995 and thank you for replying. Let me show you the following rule and please read the highlighted part closer.

7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason.
An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban.

7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:
• If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or
allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone;
• If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime,
such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient;
• If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help;

Hereby I find it necessary to issue you an offense for Deathmatching.

Please take this time to learn the rulebook a bit better. So in the future, you cannot hurt another player roleplay experience.
