Malcolm Carter
Player(s) being reported: Stranger 9057_7103 Date of rule breach: 30/11/2018 Time of rule breach: 00:10 ish (GMT) Your characters name: Malcolm Carter Other players involved: Roberto Calveri, Trevor Shelby Specific rule broken: 7.8.1 Players must not disconnect from a roleplay situation to avoid negative IC consequences. If you crash, you must reconnect to the server and inform the other parties and attempt to resume the roleplay scenario. How did the player break the rule?: We had tried to rob Stranger 9057_7103 and his friend but they did not comply by putting their hands up and instead they just ran away. When we caught up to them and started shooting them, Stranger 9057_7103 logged out. I was then going to wait for the necessary 15 minute period and, while I waited for him he logged back in. The second he saw me he logged out again. Evidence of rule breach: First instance of logging out during combat Second instance, logging back in then immediately leaving again when he saw I was still there. I then waited for another 15-20 minutes but he did not return.
agishark
YUP, I knew this dude will not upload the other pre-scene and lie everything in the reporting post. How funny lol. We had tried to rob Stranger 9057_7103 and his friend but they did not comply by putting their hands up and instead they just ran away. - What the F are you talking about? dude? seriously? From this sentence, you are pretending like you had us pulled up already had guns aiming towards us, BUT THE TRUTH IS NOT. We were on the way out of the place driving after talking to one of your buddies in the blue dominator, blue shirt. We already knew this guy would be a trap and do something bad soon so instead of robbing him we were leaving and a masked man in a police car, black porshe, same blue dominator, blue shirt dude was coming from the opposite side and made a u-turn and started chasing us. Before they even said anything, they just started to ram us without RPing or saying any shit. Because the porshe was fast it rammed us several times and other cars just rapidly rammed us. From rule 6.6.2 it says "Use of an expensive vehicle, such as a super car, to ram into other vehicles (players should show care and value their luxury vehicles, because they are costly to repair)." They were just so in a hurry of robbing us and didn't even show any RPing or saying and started to break the Non-Rp rules against us. If the robber wanted to be more rule-obeying he should've taken other cars which is obviously not expensive and fast. Like using a cheap car at robbery because what kind of fuckin robber will just ram other shitty cars just to earn money? Their expensive 50k+ car repair cost would just cost them more. Their first action was already against RPing, specifically, rule 6.6.2 because they didn't treat their car well and didn't give any care value to their vehicles. These kinds of Non-Rp based stupid robbery just pisses the victims now these days. They can't track people or be patient, these robbers just start ramming and ramming a Blista with a Porshe to earn a little bit of robbery money. I don't think every rule breakers deserves to steal other people's assets just by breaking all kind of shits. Just please stop willing to have easy money just you got numbers, more numbers, more people means you need more RP and NON-RP. NOT RAMMING PEOPLE WITH YOUR GOOD CAR. Eventually, the car engine got stalled because of this stupid rule-breaking action. I fled and tried shooting the car keep going around me in the first video, and YES another RULE BREAK. In the video that dirty driver just rams me really bad actually I was aiming towards him (it is not showing in the video because of server perspective animation-difference). In the VDM rules, it states you cannot try to ram someone twice when someone is aiming at the car and I was aiming at him. If you look 00:17 of the first video, the car fails to ram me but still doesn't give a fuck a manages to ram him. Haha. I even fired shots at him but still does that ramming. Good luck with you guys, keep those VDM and Non-RP stuff with the next robbery attempt. Peace.
Malcolm Carter
What are you talking about? I didn't use my Porsche in the robbery at all. I was driving a stolen police car which I had no problem using to ram you with as it did not belong to me. We shouted at you to pull over and you kept going so I rammed you off the road. Then when you got out of your car you kept running away, even after I told you to put your hands up. The Porsche was not involved at all. We had been spying on you cooking drugs at the lab and coordinated a raid because we knew we would make good money from your drugs. Flucifial
Right off the bat, I see Roberto_Calvi (Mask 1149_5169) breaking the VDM rule by hitting the player he is chasing more than once, so he'll be receiving a punishment for that. The video has also proved a combat log on Rose_Chan (Stranger 9057_7103) so he'll receive a sixty-minute jail for his first offense of Combat Logging.
