How did the player break the rule?: So I just came over to the Paul's farm and started chating to these guys that I saw there and as soon as I saw someone coming with a heavy gun I just ran away as I saw him shooting, I went to the guys that were almost shot to ask them what's going on and they just shot me without any explanation or however.

My name is Frederique Alexis , first of all I want to say that it's my first time replying to the report so sorry for my misstakes. But now about the situation:

Others involved - Stranger 9057_7103 ( i call him Rose he is my friend). 

Situation - those guys came to talk with us randomly, after the conversation we heard shots and suddenly pressed the accelerator. First thought was to escape , so we tried to hide at farmers selling point but they arrived fastly (both of them) i mean the guy in porsche and in that blue one , and tried to attempt a robbery on us. 

The main thing that i was sure about is (who shot at us?) it was guys behind us with those cars. So when they arrived we tried to protect ourselves. I don't know in the video i saw that we were falsly thinking about who started gunfire at us , so all i can say sorry and of course i don't want to get the ban but the situation was full of stress maybe the lack of experience did all those things. 10000 xp. Hey John, I am 7103. From my perspective, after talking to you, we assumed your people started to shoot us because obviously you weren't getting shot at all in the video, so we concluded you were one of them. If you weren't one of them I am sorry to shoot you, but because you pulled over in front of us and tried to block our route we decided to shoot you. We were really confused on the farm, and actually, I have no idea why they started to shoot us without RPing. I hope an Admin could investigate the shooters at the farm first because there was a big non-RP going on and you looked more like a baiter. The non-RP shooters are Mask 9051_5820 and Mask 3263_4094

It wasn't randomly. You were sitting in a stolen car that was forcefully taken from my friend and my friends thought the diplomatic solutions with you guys, who DMed 2 of us afterwards, was a good idea.

No. It was only 1 person. And the person was wearing dark clothing and was hiding in the shadows so you couldn't identify him from that distance. Not RPly anyway. Even the name tag would've disappeared at that distance.

Disabling a stolen vehicle's engine in order to deal with the thieves is, in fact, a valid RP reason to disable a vehicle's engine... YOU were not fired at, the vehicle was. I got footage.

This is by far, the most cringe-worthy and horrible attempt at turning the tables I've ever seen in my whole life. If you feel like the "BIG NON-RP" shooters did something wrong, use the link below to create a proper forums report about them.

Nothing that you said was even remotely helpful to your case, and the final conclusion from what you've said was you haven't read the rules, you're here for PvP, you've done a tremendous economic damage to me by DMing, you try to make yourself look not guilty by calling other people guilty yet you don't have anything to offer as in why you wouldn't be guilty, except "Hoping not to get banned" and "Hoping that an admin would investigate everyone else except us".

I like how you rephrased every sentence of my reply and tried to explain what you think about the rules and the situation that occurred. 

However, I don’t think that we are guilty or responsible for the “DM” you are claiming because:

1. In the video that John posted, look at 1:29. Johns says “I know these farmers” in voip and exits his car to earn time. I absolutely suspected John as a dangerous person because I didn’t farm AT ALL on that day. He obviously lied to us and tried to get close distance from us. This was a great acting though, because I just hopped in to that car and I didn’t even know that car was stolen at all. Then,

2. After that, John suddenly says “they’re here” and even repeats it when he is like a meter away from our car. We are not stupid man we saw your character talking through the radio. We heard that so clearly and you would have to know we already know you weren’t friendly to us and assumed there is going to be an attack in a moment.

3. As soon as John used the radio, we were careful with our surroundings, and absolutely there were people behind us and we knew everything was going wrong. Obvious trap, poor radio plays because you can’t say that well-RPed to hide John’s identity ?

4. Yeah, we started to dodge the scene and we got machine guned from the back, but (very strangely) the car next to us doesn’t get shot at all (because he radioed them so so obviously in front of us and claiming he doesn’t know them)

5. If John wanted to pretend he doesn’t know the shooter, he should’ve keep on going and running away from the farm or something. He should’ve been scared or something because THERE IS SOMEONE SHOOTING RIFLE FROM THE BACK. Good acting!

6. He still manages to follow our vehicle and pulls his car in front of the driver, after not being shot and radioing on voip like right in front of us. 

 

Therefore, I think there were enough reason of John being killed by him. Who would not shoot an active shooter’s radio mate when he even tried to block our road?

We replied formally to state the reason of our play, next time you wanna point at people, do it with some respect man. It not cool you being informal like this just because you lost worthy items. We didn’t even touch your stuff and good luck getting those back.

I said that near you just because I was talking about the farmers that was far away from us as you can see in my evidence. I never knew that this shooter was actually Psych0neurotic so as you see I was trynna to escape aswell and I even asked who's the guy in the bush by snitching him to you guys. If it was my friend in the bush, why would I say ( who's the guy in the bush ) by warning y'all ?

I am mentioning the real and true fact that you guys used a radio right in front of us, and still didn’t give a explanation neither notice what I’m trying to say. THAT IS JUST A BIG CLUE AND MINUS POINT FOR YOU GUYS. Y’all think your acting or RP was so perfect at that scene but you guys just don’t know what you’re doing and just crying like a baby. You do not follow people like that after giving all those clues. There was enough time and evidence to have enough judgment at that situation and you guys just replying and bullshitting over and over because of a stolen car and few guns. How childish and pathetic. I don’t even know why I am in a random post. I just hopped in and I didnt even know that dude at all and because of that I am being reported for the first time. Look carefully by the time he got knocked out he already landed two shots in the head so I didn’t do much or gain any benefits from that situation. I’ve never received an apology neither compensation for those and I farmed there until 10,000 exp so I dealt with a lot of RPs and situations over there, you guys just still wanna treat us like noobs to get your shit back.

All respects to hard working admins and moederators for a better, balance, and fair server environment, if you are seeing this please, I advise you to watch 1:33 of the first video that John posted, he talks over the radio, even repeats the setence “They’re here” and chases us and blocks the driver’s escape route. I’m claiming that was enough for what he did to John I didn’t assist because by the time I shoot he was already dead by Fred. John is just pushing himself to the cliff.

Just because you think someone might be apart of a group of people shooting you, you do not automatically get a valid reason to shoot or kill them, you must see them shooting at you first. 

Frederique_Alexis (Stranger 898_1706) will receive a seventy-two (72) hour ban for their second normal offense of Deathmatching.

Rose_Chan (Stranger 9057_7103) will receive a forty-eight (48) hour ban for their first normal offense of Deathmatching.
