instantly, or where your life is in direct danger and any attempt to resist would result in your immediate death."

"6.6.1 Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay."

"3.3.2 Players must not threaten other players or use offensive language in OOC chat or OOC context."

How did the player break the rule?: FearRP - While we came up to that guy on the highway, shouted "Put your hands up or you'll die" He ran away to his vehicle while I was pointing a gun at his head, tried driving away while still being held at gun point.  NonRP - When he was laying on the ground by getting shot in the head a lot of times, was still speaking, called cops at the same time, making fun, also was mic spamming later on.  OOC insult - While we were there just typed "Retard gang" In OOC chat which is a insult.

Now should I insult some of you in this video because one of your people in your country have shitty microphone and i know some of you living in that country? So maybe do some respect to country and don't mix ooc to icly because of some issue in game like some people always do.
and i wont defending him he need to defend himself but this two chat connected to me so I rather to talk about it till wont say anything

Hello I'm Vofka Shiskin nice to meet you guys. So first i gonna talk about "Fear RP" how could i heared you guys from that far i saw then u was pointing guns at that guy on the knees so i started running to my car. And you killed me i wasn't in any gang 
So now i gonna talk about NonRP on my screen you shooted me in arm not in head i was low hp so i didn't knew u was shooting me that much times and i bugged into car and you started shooting me.

I can't say anything about OOC Insult

And why you didin't filmed that part when you VDM'ed me? or ramming with you car when i was on my feet? Dude thats not cool at all.

And as you can see i fixed my micraphone because my friends told me my mic was bad so that was my problem but now it's okay.

Hello everyone. 

I have come to the following conclusion based on both sides of the story and the evidence provided. 

@Vofka_Shiskin Vofka_Shiskin // Stranger 8664_7387  shall receive the following offenses:
NonRP Behavior | Offense #1 | For spamming the microphone like that.
FearRP | Offense #1 | in the bigging you showed no fear for your life. Then when you are injured you still got to fear for your characters life. Vofka had no fear for his life. 
General Spamming | Offense #1 |

 

@Psychas Alexey_Alexeev // Mask 6085_1082 shall receive the following offenses:
OOC Insults | Offense #2 (Minor) | for the following line: "All iranians got shitty headsets like wtf"

Vicky_Priviet // Mask 2346_3950 shall receive the following offenses:
OOC Insults | Offense #1 (Minor) | for the following line: "Idiot talking with drunk"

I would like to advise all parties to stay In-Character for as long as possible, and not bring anything insulting towards the OOC channels how minor of an insult it might be. It is still an insult.
