7.2 Deathmatch
7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason. An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. 
7.3 Vehicle deathmatch
7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons.


How did the player break the rule?: I moved to check Chiliad, meet few guys "Ben" and "Carlos", we had small conversation about nothing, then Ben moved somewhere, and Carlos told cause he is FAKE ZETA. I started to drive out of Chiliad, but then Ben started to push me with car
regarding that, they started to shoot without any reason, they broke my car, and I tried to escape them, but I had no chances, cause tyres have been shoted.
All in All you can see they straight moved into me and I died. 
I lost SMG x85 bullets ( wish to get that back ), Radio x1, Pistol .50 x1 and parking ticket for 10 minutes.

@MusketDeezNuts sorry, my mistake though I can notify them via forums also, cuz in game didn`t found them at all.

About the time stamps

MASK 5484_2445 started to ram me with his Comet Retro at 03:15

First shoot of someone starts at 03:54

other shoots and ram at 04:21

and all the time till the last minutes they shooted and finally they used a car to make me die at 09:15

Hey after re-watching the clip from your perspective I strongly believe that there was no rules broken here. Firstly about the so reported death-match, when we pulled up to the lab our intentions already set to rob you. But as you had an smg this made it a bit more difficult for us so we had to wait for the perfect moment. However this didn't happen and you were on the radio and pulled of in your car so i followed you. You can clearly hear me telling you to pull over multiple times but you decide to try to get away. In the server rules it says that a valid reason to kill someone is "If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help;". Which was clearly shown.

Furthermore, the rule- 7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other player on the ground

In the footage you can clearly see that when the player gets out of his car i only rammed him once and with a reason as he wasn't complying with our demands and tried to get away.

 

However in fact during the first few minutes on the radio you can hear "a guy in a dark blue comet or hakouchou" which could be seen as a slight break of NLR. This is as we killed and executed everyone at the scene when they tried to rob us so they cant remember anything from their cars stolen to even how many people were in those cars.

Hello everyone.
Based on both sides of the story and the evidence provided I shall now conclude this report.

@patyna Patryk_Brown // Mask 5484_2445  shall receive the following offenses:
NonRP Behavior | Offense #1 | Ramming cars with a car that is not designed to ram falls under Vehicle Value. Also shouting out of a car to stop a car is unrealistic as that person would never be able to hear you with his windows up and maybe even the radio on. 
Deathmatch | Offense #3 | You had no reason to start shooting and ramming this person's car. shouting at someone to pull over is already NonRP and not really roleplay like so no demands would have been given at all.

Deathmatch | Offense #2 | You also had no reason to start shooting/ramming this person. for the same reasons as stated above.
