BrockOlly Posted November 25, 2018 Report Share Posted November 25, 2018 Player(s) being reported: mask 3118_4430 Date of rule breach: 25/11/2018 Time of rule breach: 16:15 GMT+1 Your characters name: Bob Beans Other players involved: Tyson Black Specific rule broken: Quote 6.6 Non-roleplay 6.6.1 Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 6.6.2 Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Theft of a vehicle by hijacking the driver without any roleplay, when there are no circumstances to justify it, such as your character being in immediate danger of getting killed or arrested; • An attempt to provoke a police chase, without a realistic reason, also known as “cop baiting” (a realistic reason would be to divert police units away from an area, where your allies plan to commit a serious crime or are in the progress of one); • Hurting an injured player, because they ask to be killed, also known as “mercy killing” (usually done to respawn their character quicker, it’s unrealistic, because in reality people do not respawn). • Use of an expensive vehicle, such as a super car, to ram into other vehicles (players should show care and value their luxury vehicles, because they are costly to repair). 7.1 Fear roleplay 7.1.1 Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s life in situations where your safety is in immediate danger when the attacker is in a position to quickly end your life at will. This can come in a form of having a weapon aimed at your character’s head at close range, where reaching for your own weapon would result in you being killed instantly, or where your life is in direct danger and any attempt to resist would result in your immediate death. 7.1.2 Examples, where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot and a weapon is aimed at you at close range; • When the engine of your vehicle is stalled and a weapon is aimed at you at close range; • When the attacker lowers their weapon to write a roleplay response, your life remains in direct danger; How did the player break the rule?: Let me sketch the situation: Tyson and I are driving around looking for someone to rob. We see the perfect victim. Stalled car, he asked for our help, etc. So we decide to rob him. I engage the robbery with a gun out and immediately he complains IC and OOC that we cannot rob him. I try to continue the RP through OOC but he does not comply to and IC demands. (FearRP) Eventually I lower my gun again OOCly to respond to his OOC questions. During which, he runs away in a life threatening situation. (FearRP) He brings up later in the video that I lowered my gun, so he can run away. This is not true, he is still in a life threatening situation, and RPly my gun was still pointed because I was clearly typing OOCly, as indicated by the (typing) mark above my head. After my untimely demise, he runs up to me, loots me, and executes me. (Non-RP) After Tyson's untimely demise, he runs up to him, loots him, and executes him. (Non-RP) I have made him aware in-game that what he is doing is against the rules but he seemed not to care. He is also aware of the report against him. And That white guy can point a gun when you was writting in OOC, so i can risk my life and run away like i did that, There was no /do to answer for me and you writted that i didn't reply for you, i was following you but slowly, and you don't have valid reason to rob me. And another thing you wrotted that you are taking your phone and started pulling your gun out? How it's possible when you want to take your phone but you took your gun? If you were kill me you didn't report me but now yeah ofc you have to cry because you lose your pistol and some food... omg... And that's not my problem that your buddy doesn't have pistol, if you are robbing so get both for one pistols. I have read enough and seen enough for me to conclude this report. @Inzein shall receive Fear Roleplay | Offense #4 | 72-hour ban. You always have to fear for your life. The way you brought this to OOC is ruining the experience for both parties involved. I almost wanted to count this as trying to pause roleplay but I did not do so in the end. I would advise you to not break any more rules as your record has increased dramatically in the last month. and harder punishment shall be given upon the next rule breach.
