Specific rule broken:
7.2 Deathmatch
7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason.
An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban.
7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:
• If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or
allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone;
• If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime,
such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient;
• If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help;
7.2.3 A player cannot kill their victim, if the victim is in compliance with the demands.
7.2.4 A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands and warn the victim more than one time, if
the victim is too slow to respond or react to the demands.
7.2.5 A player cannot force their victim to kill someone, if the enforcer does not have a valid reason to kill that someone.


How did the player break the rule?:
We drove up to a lab in a cop car to scare them, he just started shooting without any demands, 
and even if we were cops he still wouldn't have a reason to shoot us.
The background noise in the video is from a stream from twitch.
p.s. that megaphone in the video was random and was not directed to them, we did not know they were there

I was there, I didn't shoot, but I have to question what you were trying to do.

We all had guns visible, we were at a drug manufacturing lab, and you decide to scare us. What did you think was gonna happen?

Someone on the side of me shot first I thought we was being attacked so in retaliation I started shooting and by the time he said stop in the video he was down. My intentions wasn’t to dm at all.

I don't know what I expected but getting shot without a warning or a demand is what I did not expect .

actually the usual reaction we get when we're doing this is people laughing.

No one apart from your friends should of laughed at that. It's extremely silly to pretend to be a cop in a highly illegal place, among criminals.

If anything, you should be punished for failing to roleplay fear of death.

Realistically, this is on the same level as going to a group of cops and pretending to pull a gun. You're just pretending, just trying to scare them, but you're playing with your life.

Pulled into drug labs with a cop car at least 5 times in my time on the server, they usually panic and drive away and then they realize that we're not cops and start laughing, I had nothing to be afraid of

Not everybody will respond the same to you messing with them at the labs as you can see. As a criminal when you have 150+ drugs on you , you will do whatever you have to, to protect your product valid rp reason

Fully understand that but if I was told to stop the car I would do it they'd realize im not an officer and either let me go or attempt to rob me but you can't just shoot someone like that

Using a police car with flashing lights and audible sirens, it easily could've seemed like you were coming to arrest people, and they are allowed to shoot to avoid arrest.

From the video I can see that you don't have a phone battery. You probably got robbed before, had nothing on you, and decided to bait people with a police car, showing clear disregard for your own life.

6.6.1 states that actions that are unrealistic are considered non-roleplay.

There is no way in which you can defend getting in a cop car, flashing lights and sirens and driving into the LSD lab when there were over 8 armed guys there.

If you had four buddies behind the lab, and they were gonna rob us, and you were a distraction? Sure, I could see that.

But doing it for literally no reason, is at the very least unrealistic RP, and at the worst trolling and report baiting.

the POV is not mine I had a gun and a radio and a battery and I dont see how this matters

the fact is I wanted to get funny reactions like I usually do but your guys decide to DM

 

Also want to mention that I did not know y'all are armed and after I realized I took a little of cover , behind the buidling and  ICly, on this char, I did not know that was a drug lab

First statement has no relevancy, which includes the 6.6.1 accusation. Even if it was a REAL cop or "fake" cop you can't shoot as a response to seeing a cop car. this is a roleplay server not cops and robbers. the person in the car NEVER made his intentions clear he simply activated the sirens to grab the attention.

every statement you make is legit a assumption. you have no solid ground on most of the stuff you state. because there was simply 0 roleplay. the shooters never told them to "go away" no sort of "warning" simply started opening fire.

You had no roleplay reason to perform life threatening actions. Being a cop is dangerous. Fake raiding a bunch of criminals at an LSD lab, cops usually call SWAT because of how dangerous it is. You waltz in there and be like "Boo".

@King Polo, the evidence only shows YOU shooting, just because your friend starts shooting, doesn't give you the right to start shooting as well, you are responsible for your own actions and you must make sure you have a valid reason to start shooting, in this situation, you didn't.

King_Oni (Stranger 5416_2282) will receive a seventy-two (72) hour ban for their second offense of Deathmatching.
