Inzein Posted November 25, 2018 Report Share Posted November 25, 2018 (edited) Drake Hudson here, so first of all we can do what ever you want it doesn't matter if you complied all things to us, because we was without masks so it was risk to let you live your life and like you said in game i hitted you with that pink comet retro so i didn't because you can see that how it moves to you when i was trying to start it so it is desync, and when i was driving this car was stucked to you thats why i moved it. Na buddy, you can't kill me because you feel like i'm gonna snitch. also i have no controll over the driver. you guys started shooting at BOTH of us instantly even though i sat still and never pulled a gun. maybe you should learn to roleplay more next time instead of shoot first talk later. the way you roleplay it's not fair nor fun and it's also breaking the rules. i would have had no problem with the situation if you just went by the rules. the turning point for me was when you started executing us with bats. you can roleplay other ways to make us not talk to the police like: Taking the phone battery so you get a headstart. Roleplay knocking me out so you can get a bigger headstart where you can attempt to make me forget the situation RP wise. i would also like to add that. i never mentioned anything about the car since you explained to me in OOC that it was a bug. so i let that slide. Quote 6.4.1 Forceful roleplay, that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. For example, a player may attempt to knock the other player unconscious by roleplaying it (using the /ME command), however the other player must be given a chance to roleplay the outcome of that action. Quote 7.2.3 A player cannot kill their victim, if the victim is in compliance with the demands. Quote 3.2.2 English is the only language that should be used in IC chat. First, we will speak about your violation of rule 6.4.1 (Powergaming). About 43 seconds into video #2, you put duck tape on the reporting party's face, without giving them the opportunity to resist, therefore you have forced the roleplay onto them, which is a direct violation of rule 6.4.1. Secondly, we will speak about your violation of rule 7.2.3. About 36 seconds into video #5, you start attacking the reporting party and another player involved with a bat, even though they have complied with your demands the entirety of the situation, which is a direct violation of rule 7.2.3. Finally, we will speak about your violation of rule 3.2.2. Once again, about 34 seconds into video #5, you say something in some foreign language in an in-character chat which is a direct violation of rule 3.2.2. Drake_Hudson (Stranger 2718_5583) will receive a permanent ban for their second major offense of Deathmatching, as well as a warning for their first offense of Powergaming, as well as a warning for their first minor offense of non-English chat.
