Jbacon Posted November 24, 2018 Report Share Posted November 24, 2018 (edited) Player(s) being reported: Stranger (6633_573), Stranger (6716_8355) Date of rule breach: 24/nov/2018 Time of rule breach: 1:30 Atlantic Time Your characters name: Jay Bacon Other players involved: Stranger (9694_3168), James (3729_8479), Charlie (5505_3024) Specific rule broken: How did the player break the rule?: The 2 reported persons, drove a scooter into PD, (non-rp) on their exit they hit 2 people, I heard the scooter so I went outside to see what was going on, when I went outside, I saw a man firing at the guy on the scooter, not hitting him with any bullets. Shortly after the scooter drove back past me multiple times then I saw the guy pick locking the bike I approached told him to stop, his friend then rammed me with the scooter, and then when they were shot by the guys they hit they both logged off. Jackson_Fowler // Stranger 6633_573 Can be seen driving a citybee near the LSPD scouting for his friend Jon_Fowler // Stranger 6716_8355 who is lockpicking a car close enough to the LSPD. (Scriptwise ingame it is not indicated as an NCZ. But rules wise it is still a breach of NCZ) When @Jbacon watches Jon_Fowler // Stranger 6716_8355 for any suspicions Jackson_Fowler // Stranger 6633_573 Comes in and tries to Copbait @Jbacon However @Jbacon goes to Jon_Fowler // Stranger 6716_8355 and holds him under g gunpoint and attempts to place hold the man for questioning. (Not arresting) Then Jackson_Fowler // Stranger 6633_573 comes in with a Citybee and rams @Jbacon for no reason. Meanwhile Jon_Fowler // Stranger 6716_8355 Never feared for his life. and continues to lockpick and ignoring @Jbacon completely. After the 3 civilians start to help @Jbacon (one of the Civilians is Ex-Admin James.) Jackson_Fowler // Stranger 6633_573 Starts running away again with no interactions or roleplay involved. I also believe Jackson_Fowler // Stranger 6633_573 and Jon_Fowler // Stranger 6716_8355 are metagaming as no radio or communication was used during the entire interaction. Jackson_Fowler // Stranger 6633_573 Shall recieve the following offenses: Vehicle Deathmatch | Offense #1 (Major) | for hitting Eriksen in the LSPD first and then afterward hitting @Jbacon Then hitting the person with the green jacket. No Crime Zone | Offense #1 | For driving a citybee inside the LSPD. NonRP | Offense #1 | @RyKikXx Jon_Fowler // Stranger 6716_8355 NonRP | Offense #1 | FearRP | Offense #1 | No Crime Zone | Offense #1 | For driving as a passenger on a citybee that drove into the LSPD and hit people.
