How did the player break the rule?: We got into a shootout at the drug lab,he got killed by us and I got injured,a medic came to save me,when the medic and me were leaving he came back to take his car back. Typically when a shootout is concluded, it takes 1 - 2 minutes for people to call for a medic when they see how many of their people are down. In the video I recorded, I didn't start recording until I was close to the scene. Driving from the MD to this area usually takes 3 - 4 minutes, depending on the route you take. So all in all, that's about 5 minutes time spent between making the call and having MD arrive. The video footage shown in the above post is mine, In the video, the patient (Sandiego) didn't inform me of the NLR violation until about 9:44 into the video. So roughly 10 minutes from arriving on scene to departing with him in the ambulance. In total, that's around 15 minutes, which is in violation of the NRL's 30 minute cooldown. Him knowing where his vehicle is, at least to me, is not an NLR violation because of the GPS system that allows you to locate a vehicle. But returning to the scene after 15 minutes instead of 30 is definitely a violation. - Kaizure (Drake Frost) PS: If the admins want the full 10ish minute video, I can begin uploading it right away.
