7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason.
An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban.

7.3 Vehicle deathmatch
7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons.

6.6 Non-roleplay
6.6.1 Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

How did the player break the rule?:
1)Player used farm vehicle to run us over ( the video shows the player swerving from the oppsite side of the road to line up his shot)
2)Player Opens fire and injures Dwayne_Donovon and as well to me.
3)Player does not roleplay any actions what so ever.


Player has been noticed and attempted to be contacted to resolve at the lowest level

Since I was a first person that got injured in this situation I'l speak my side of the story to complete the report .

After ramming directly into us and getting us of the bike , he instantly stopped got out , took his gun and started shooting at me untill I was downed , at that point he ran directly to me , shot my mate and then looted us and took off , without saying a word,  without using /me and /do or showing any signs of regret.

Just to clarify a thing or two so we don't get an answer like " It couldve been an accident or He is new or maybe it wasnt his intent etc. " : 

Fact #1 that shows it was intentional and done on purpose : As you can see on the footage listed above , he changed lanes and rammed directly into us in order to get us off the bike.
Fact #2 that shows it was intentional and done on purpose : After ramming us he DID NOT stop to call the police/medics or both , he DID NOT ask if we were okay , he DID NOT RP at any point when it comes to frisking us or checking if we are hurt.

Fact #3 that shows it was intentional and done on purpose : The same second he got out of the truck he already had the gun in his hand and started shooting at me , no words , no VOIP nothing , just a simple KOS to get free stuff , and after doing that to me he did the same thing to the guy on the road running towards him and yelling " Why did you shoot me " 

Fact #4 that shows it was intentional and done on purpose : He was so greedy to take all the stuff he didnt use any /me or /do's to do it , but instead he grabbed everything he could fit into his inventory he even took 4-5 submarines instead of the radio just so he can take " as many stuff as he can " .

I think I've said everything needed to complete this report and gave enough proof/evidance/ and as detailed description of the event as possible. In the attachment I will upload few photos that show what I've been saying in this post and also show my perspective in the situation we were at .
