How did the player break the rule?: the player had a gun in his hand and i told him to drop the gun he keep asking me what my name is and stalling and i continued to tell him to drop the gun until i shot him for not complying i felt like he broke the Fear RP rule, if a stranger had a gun pointed at your face and told you to drop the gun you wouldn't ask them over and over what there name was, why would they tell you when they are committing a crime i just feel like he didn't have fear for his life. When i was leaving in the car he yells Pussy to a man who just shot him and was leaving him alive on the floor second when i did (/me would look for car keys in the mans pocket) he power gamed me by saying no and having no valid reason why there was no keys in his pocket. i feel like he broke the power gaming rule by doing so *Video evidence showing the scenario described above* Edited November 22, 2018 by Dylan Ortiz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dylan Ortiz Posted November 23, 2018 Author Report Share Posted November 23, 2018 your response to me after i said /do why was "you failed RP so yeah" if it wasn't your car you could of responded to the /do why or even said it in /ooc but you didn't, also you say you couldn't hear me but didn't once think to say something i don't believe that for 1 second you see how you start speaking and i say " i cant hear you" thats all you had to do but you didn't you just sit there. and also what about calling me a pussy when i go to leave you would really call someone a pussy after they just shot you and was walking away??? i think not Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

One the car does not belong to belong to Luke ( am willing to provide proof upon request ) Two, when going on duty at DCC we use the command cntr + D, which makes you pull out a pistol this is way his weapon was out when he ran over. Three, english is not his first language and might be the reason he responded poorly to your RP. Dylan Ortiz Posted November 24, 2018 Author Report Share Posted November 24, 2018 no it doesn't clarify anything he still didn't drop the gun no matter how the gun ended up in his hand and if it happens every time you go on duty he should be more then aware that his gun is out. he could of replied to my /do Why? question with a "I do not own the car" or something along the lines of that this is the reason i did the /do why was so he could explain why but he didn't he chose to say "there is no such thing as a do why" and "you failed RP so yeah" and also calling me a pussy as i leave is a Fail RP so yeah nothing has been clarified. Him calling you a pussy got him shot, so thats that. Him responding in a way that makes no sense is because of poor language skills, does that make it right, no but it gives context Him not dropping his gun before you shot him is because he didnt hear you and you shot him without typing it. We do not need other players to defend other players, a player must defend themselves unless involved in the report themselves, in this case, Andor, you were not involved. I'm willing to give the reported party the benefit of the doubt on being unable to hear the reporting party, but let this be a verbal warning to @Luke Melski, if you cannot hear other players, you must express this issue in an OOC form, just because you cannot hear them, does not mean you are exempt from roleplaying with players. The reported party does not own the vehicle the reporting party was searching the keys for, which is why he did not have him, therefore, he is not guilty of Powergaming. When there is a gun pointed to you in close range, you do not start to ask "What is your name" multiple times, that would not be showing reasonable fear for your life and is a violation of our Fear Roleplay rule. Luke_Melski (Stranger 7233_5290) will receive a warning for their first minor offense of Fear Roleplay.
