The reason of this assault was that this mechanic tried to hurt us with baseball bat when we were trying to lockpick the vehicle before. So it's IC reason to hurt him. Another mechanic named Alex_Mathers was the person who stopped these people from lock picking, I wasn't involved in that. @MusketDeezNuts was present in the initial confrontation between the rulebreakers and Alex Mathers, he could vouch for me. As I left the area afterward and you had no reason to attack the other people. In fact, we could have killed you as you tried to lockpick a players vehicle in a public place in front of a ton of people. I find this poor RP Behavior and also would not help you in becoming an official faction. You also targetted the wrong person @Psych0neurotic had no baseball bat and was AFK during this situation and did not interact with you @ZALUPAHUI its your responsibility to make sure your KOS is on the right person I will be pending this on a fellow staff member. I also have footage of the earlier interaction (The reason they attacked the mechanics) and shall give it to the staff member who will handle this as it contains staff chat. Given the staff members testimony and evidence within the report, I will be issuing punishments, as these are some obvious rule-breaks. Daniel_Kontsevoy (Mask 4613_4557) will receive a seventy-two (72) hour ban for their second offense of Deathmatching. Vladimir_Lem (Mask 1380_9630) will receive a seventy-two (72) hour ban for their second offense of Deathmatching.
