When you initially aimed the weapon at him, he did not Fear Roleplay, no, however, once you began to shoot, he realized he needed to comply and started to Fear for his life. I do not understand why you made this report if, in the end, he began to comply with you? Hossien_Hossien (Stranger 6904_456) is a relatively new player, who was kicked back to the quiz just yesterday. Issuing him a punishment will not benefit either party in this situation I believe, therefore no punishments will be issued.
