Specific rule broken: 7.3 Vehicle deathmatch 
7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons. 
7.3.2 A vehicle cannot be used to repeatedly force a player into a ragdoll state, for example, it cannot be used to knock the player down on the ground multiple times or to park a vehicle on top of them. 
7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other player on the ground. 
7.3.4 If there are multiple players on a scene, the driver can hit each one of them only once, however, the driver is given only one attempt to do it. This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the purpose of hitting more players. 

How did the player break the rule?: 
The video below will show everything however I'll happily document the major events below;

Firstly you can see them arrive and be asked to leave as this area was occupied. They reverse and then drive back hitting Kent first followed
by myself with 0 attempt to roleplay. They then reverse over Kent and injure him (7.3.2). From the video I believe he wasn't injured after the 
first hit as his name is still white until they reverse over him. They even attempt to hit him again (7.3.4) however his injured state 
causes them to bounce up and off him. 

Secondly you can then see them target myself. You can see them 'hit' me on 3 seperate occasions, firstly with Kent, then just after him and then a 
third time knocking me into the barn (7.3.4 and 7.3.2) then proceeded to park the vehicle ontop of me and finally put me into a injured state (7.3.2)

I'd like to comment on the absolute lack of any roleplay attempt here. I believe rule 7.3.3 was actually broken here as well. There was no attempt to rob us, talk to us or engage with us at all. Just straight up VDM/DM and robbery. It's also worth mentioning @MusketDeezNuts attented the /report and it appeared both of the people had logged off within 5-10 minutes of the event. It was clear they had zero intention to roleplay in anyway and then its pretty obvious they logged off to avoid any punishment as they clearly knew what they had done (one of the players has 20k exp).

As these players belong to a rival gang which we are finding ourselves in war with i saw no other reasonable solution to running them over the second they started walking towards my car in a threatning way with guns in their hands. I figured that i had the upper hand while their guns was not aimed straight at me. That being said, i do admit that we got carried away and shouldnt have ran you over twice more than allowed but rest assured, this was not a random act of vdm.

I do not accept thw accusation of me breaking 7.3.3 and 7.3.4 on kent since he was already laying under the car and would inevitably get killed by it the second i move. This is just you guys reaching as far as you can in order to gather as much dirt as possible.

As earlier mensioned i admit that i got carried away when running joenly over and for that i apologize, but this was nothing more than an act of self defence against people who we are finding ourselves in war with. This was not an act of random killing.

And to your comment about us logging out after 10 minutes in order to avoid the consequences is just baloney, we logged off because because a private emergency in real life which you have nothing to do with. I would appreciate it if you could re-write your complaint and skip all the cherry picking of micro-incidents in order to gather dirt against us.

You mention we're at war? We're not. If you could post any evidence or proof that we've declared war on you to allow for such a random act of violence against us, that would be great. To be honest I have no idea who or your friend are. If you're part of a gang you're not representing them at all. Red Hoodie, Black Pants, Random Mask, Black Vehicle and a passenger in farming/mechanic clothes. This is not a 'gang' image at all. So how would we know you were in a gang?

My original report wont be edited and I have nothing to add to this report. The video shows everything and I've stated my opinion on the situation. You're welcome to your own opinion too. Waiting admin reply.

Our gang is does not require clothing of any kind in in order to blend in with the public, we recognize eachother by secret passcodes/phrases and behavioural signs. We are the ones who have declared war with you, not the other way around. If you deny it then that's up to you. I've explained my side of the story so i dont have much more to say unless the admin has specific questions which he wants answered.

Running someone over just becasue you are at war with them is not a valid reason to kill someone. Even if they got pistols in their hands.
