Stranger 1772_7348 and Mask 7609_7587 - VDM and RDM

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: Stranger 1772_7348 and Mask 7609_7587
Date of rule breach: October 12, 2018
Time of rule breach: 11:32 PM EST

Your characters name: Vince Romano
Other players involved: Michael Pedro

Specific rule broken:
"7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player or damaging their property intentionally without
having a valid in-character reason to do that. Breaking this rule repeatedly will end in a permanent ban.
7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons
7.4.1 Kill on sight (KoS) is the act of killing a player with no engagement in roleplay."

How did the player break the rule?:
Stranger 1772_7348 and Mask 7609_7587 were in a vehicle and first began by ramming my friend Michael Pedro with their car, then proceeded to loot him.
Michael's game had just crashed while he was in the car with me and i was waiting for him to rejoin. When I arrived at the street to pick him up I saw him injured.
Stranger 1772_7348 and Mask 7609_7587 then proceeded to shoot me with no RP whatsoever. A clear case of VDM and RDM.
Evidence of rule breach:

Hello and thank you for your patience.

As there has been no response of the other player, I will conclude this report.

Mask 7609_7587 Will not recieve a punishment for VDM as the swerving can be explained as him trying to avoid hitting you and eventually hitting you on accident.

Logan_Richman 1772_7348 Will recieve a 48 hour ban for Deathmatching #1 as no reason has been given to why he shot the person in the purple elegy.

Thank you

Tobias van Dam (Bakmeel)
