TheMksX2 Posted October 11, 2018 Report Share Posted October 11, 2018 Player(s) being reported: Mask 5822_7442 (VDM) Date of rule breach: 08/10/2018 Time of rule breach: 19:00 UTC +3 Your characters name: Michael Grigorovic Other players involved: Andrey(6517_6993) Specific rule broken: 7.3 Vehicle deathmatch 7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons. 7.3.2 A vehicle cannot be used to repeatedly force a player into a ragdoll state, for example, it cannot be used to knock the player down on the ground multiple times or to park a vehicle on top of them. 7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other player on the ground. 7.3.4 If there are multiple players on a scene, the driver can hit each one of them only once, however, the driver is given only one attempt to do it. This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the purpose of hitting more players. How did the player break the rule?: Me and my friend were driving from a back my friend died of desync and the guy just rams straight into me, saying oh sorry i was watching i was on my phone then i call admin for a vdm and he lies to him that both of us were dead when he got there @Marco Davis was the admin. kevin_kobus Posted October 12, 2018 Report Share Posted October 12, 2018 I dont see the problem, i already admitted that i was looking in my phone and that i did not crash them on purpose and then continued apologizing for it. Infact if they didint hesitate to cut the video so fast after the crash you would literally hear me say "sorry guys i was on the phone", kind of feels like they cut the video right after the crash on purpose in order to leave those parts out... When this is over i require that you remove the video entirely from youtube as i have not approved that my voice or anything that can identify me personally to be up on the site. kevin_kobus Posted October 14, 2018 Report Share Posted October 14, 2018 And for the record, i find it highly suspicious that he all of a sudden admits that parts of my story is truthful and that he does not have access to any footage after the crash. This is nothing but two pissed of kids who wants vengeance for somehting they feel that they are entitled to, whereas earlier explained, this was nothing more than a simple accident which i have already explained and already apologized for. I will not respond to any more of this as i see no reason to. Whatever the moderator will do is up to him/her. I will repeat again that when this case is closed your youtube video will be put down for good or i will report it to youtube. i have not in anyway approved my voice to be a part of your channel. MarcoD Posted October 16, 2018 Report Share Posted October 16, 2018 Alright, As the player has just received a ban for the same offence for a later incident I am happy to leave him with that and issue a warning right here. @kevin_kobus As further footage could not be provided as well I am willing to let this stay at a warning as well as the fact that the player has just been banned for VDM for a separate incident.
