How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I got out of DOC and I went to the road working job to make some money, I noticed that a bike was being picked and it looked like my friend John Winks bike, so I went up to them and told them what they were doing and I said that the bike they were picking was mine rather than telling them it was someone else's because I thought they would leave, ID 24 than pulled out a crowbar and told me to unlock it, I than ran to the front of the HQ far enough to where they couldn't hear me and I whispered to everyone on the radio that there were people picking car at HQ and to call the cops, John arrived after getting a message from Mors that his bike was being picked. When John arrived, we were going to tell them to leave but he started picking our other friend (Quandale) bike, so john stabbed him, ID 192 than pulled out a gun and shot me first for no reason even though I wasn't the one killing his friend. me and John than spawned at Pillbox when came along ID 24 from being injured, Punched John in an NCZ.

Percy Hart here. I attacked the player in the NCZ because I saw him fighting another player in the hospital. I punched him to break up the fight, not to instigate it more. It was a poor decision on my part. I didn't see how it started but when I heard the punches I ran in and quickly made the decision. I should've avoided it and said stop in /b instead. I have already learned from this situation and will not repeat it in the future. I'd like to mention, the player from the POV was trash talking calling our outfits ugly for no reason when I was dropping Vince off. I believe that may breach NLR or the Ruleplaying rule.

Rufus Briggs here. Player getting stabbed (Vince) is in my gang. I shot the person who was stabbing him because he was attacking my ally. I shot the other worker because they were clearly allies as he had called him over in the first place and had also claimed it was his bike that we were attempting to steal, from my pov it seemed like he had helped with the attack on Vince although now in hindsight I see that isnt the case.

John Wink here, I stabbed the player pick locking the vehicle because, I had gotten a notification on my phone that my bike was being pick locked so, when I arrived I had seen that a player was now attempting to pick lock my friend Quandale SIngh's bike and there were around 3 of them that seemed unarmed and you can see them leaving on the clip so I thought the coast was clear so I walked up to the player and stabbed him for continuing to pick lock bikes in a gov hq to protect my friends bike and my bike that was previously being took from the assailants and to protect other vehicles in the area.  I was not talking trash I had said the outfits looked ugly and at first I did not realize it was him because I thought the other guy was full killed because I stabbed him on the ground multiple times and I did not remember seeing a construction worker there besides Rasheed who was also killed along side with me, Then once I realized it was them he tried to tell us to get in his vehicle and I told him no in ooc because I realized it was them.  He also then continued to interact with me saying to not call his outfit dumb and called me the word "faggot" which I don't appreciate and I don't think is proper language, I then retaliated to his remark by the saying the words "you're outfits are shit" he then came back with a crowbar and attacked me so I attacked back so I would not die again.

• Player John_Wink will receive a Warning for Deathmatching & Warning for NonRP. You have attacked the person that was pick-locking your vehicle without any prior escalation. In future situations like these, I would highly suggest you interact with them prior to attacking them, for example, you could have talked with him, tell him to stop, and then attack if he kept doing it.

• Player Rufus_Briggs will receive a Warning for Deathmatching. In the first clip you had a reason to attack player 56 but attacking a random player is not allowed. Because he was wearing the same clothes as the other guy that was stabbing your friend doesn't mean you will have to kill everyone there.

• Player Vince_Santiago and Percy_Hart will receive a Warning for NonRP. In the clip provided you can be seen starting a fight inside an NCZ. This is against the rules, in No crime zones areas you cannot conduct any crimes.

If you feel you have received a punishment that you do not agree with, you may file a punishment appeal that follows the guidelines and format provided. Otherwise the conclusion of this report is final.
