This can come in a form of having a weapon aimed at your character’s head at close range, where reaching for your own weapon would result in you being killed instantly, or where your life is in direct danger and any attempt to resist would result in your immediate death. How did the player break the rule?: During a shootout she decided to pick all her gang members stuff up. When she was approached at gun point by Leron she fled into the house while a gun was pointed at her point blank. She clearly saw Leron because as Leron rounded the corner she saw him and turned around to run inside. From that distance he could have ended her life easily with 1 bullet. She chose not to fear for her life but to run inside and lock the door denying us of our RP. Leron had already told her to put her hands up before she reached the doorway. Shannon Posted October 10, 2018 Report Share Posted October 10, 2018 (edited) For starters i was careful when i went around picking up their stuff and made sure that you were busy shooting other people / distracted / couldnt see me when i went and looted them Rather than try shoot the phantom (as everyone knows its impossible to hit the people insdie) i thought i would do something more productive rather than waste bullets as for entering the house, i couldnt see you as you were behind me and only noticed someone was talking to me when you were really close as at that moment you were slightly louder than my radio, but at this point i had already pressed Y and was teleporting into the house. Couldnt hear you yelling "hey" at me when you came towards me as lots of people were talking over radio about them being shot at or telling people to come to the house for back-up. i am sprry i wasnt able to hear you, just a heads up but you can press Ctrl and something (forgot what the other button is) to change your voice from whispering to talking to shouting. If i did notice you and wanted to go into the house, i would've ran. The walk animation in that state is actually slower and more upright. Now that your defense points have been debunked IMHO can you show any evidence of your above claims that support your case? For example you said you didnt shoot at the Phantom but you did. If you had done it by accident you would not have been reported but clearly you did not do it by accident. You damaged our RP and should be held accountable for such actions. Its up to the admins to decide what was intentional or accidental, so let them sort it. I explained my situation, apologized for not noticing him which affected your RP. If the admins want to punish or warn me then i have no issue with that But please dont call someone a liar cause they gave their side of the story. In the moment, i did not realise i was breaking fear rp, but because of your video i now understand that i was as he had a gun pointed at me and just didnt notice also a friendly reminder: using the command to make your voice louder is very helpful in situations where you are trying to grab people's attention Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also for someone "loves forum reports".... my panel is extremely clean (not 1 admin report or warning) I dont like reporting people, i would much prefer to talk to them about it and come to an understanding then take it to the forums. Is your issue with me the fact that im reporting you for abusing the phantom? Is that why you are so focused on getting me punished? Cause i reported you for using the phantom in shootouts? You were called out for being a liar for saying you never shot at the Phantom and I linked time stamped footage of you shooting at the Phantom. Hence showing evidence that you were A. Lying or B. Forgetful...........Take whichever makes you fell better about yourself. I dont understand why you feel the rules dont apply to you. Not telling you who the admin was as none of your business and people can talk about situations they felt were wrong (aka using the phantom in a shootout) with an admin. Cause its looking like you've just made up your opinion about what is seen in the video? As seen in the video, I ran around the corner with my gun out and told Shannon to put her hands up. She ran to her house, and I was able to catch her before she got in and I tried to hold her up. Despite me pointing the gun at her and yelling at her, she ran into the house, which I believe is breaking FearRP. It is clear from the evidence that Shannon_Reels didn't respond to the demands of their attacker, at gun point, and retreated into a house.
