We tried lockpicking a Co-Workers Car at burgershot, he came out and confronted us upon confrontation i apologised and went inside to speak to him.

 we went to check where he went after interaction and he turned out to stand in the freezer and after being quite rude to me i  asked him holding a knife to put his hands up his responds was "So you gonna kill me in the burgershot?" I answered, someting along the lines "don't temp me anbd Put your Hands up" and mentioned in /b that he had to follow the RP due to Fear-RP, he told us "I don't care just kill me" Which is Non-Roleplay and ended up running while being attacked to his car and said "I'm safe here, i'm safe here" and insulted me in ooc as seen on the video below, we followed him after he jumped out of his burning vehicle,  and killed him as the RP proceeded from our side, he came back after a short while and while being told "NLR you're not allowed to come back for 30min to the place of death", he didn't care and told us he is allowed to.

I believe that our sides situation was absolutely okay, no matter if we had a specific reason to threaten him with a knife there or not, he did not follow any RP or any rules.

I was doing something irl and did not have time to respond to the RP and was not ready to, I knew the person would not kill me in burger shot and i knew i could defend my self as my characters back story has evolved into including that I was a PMC in Russia, therefor knowing defence to defend my self from an attacker. She sliced my twice so i ran away into my car and locked my self in, they make 1 attempt to pull me out of the car and it fails, no dice attempt. At the time I was a lot newer than I was now. I apologise for OOC disrespect as i said i was doing smt IRL and was not in a good mood. The RP was lacking but justified. I also got out of the car to encourage more RP even though i could have sat in it the entire time and waited for police. I then returned to the location as I was told they where trying to steal my car which means u can return to place of death.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s):

• Josh_Graham (80) - Non-RP Punishment

• Shego_Severo (58) - Spoken to about Public Robbery & Deathmatching

To explain the rationale behind these punishments, I will start by explaining the situation from the start, based on the evidence that we have been provided. The reporting player can be seen attempting to rob Josh_Graham inside of the Burgershot freezer with a knife, a threat which is completely disregarded. Ignoring the threats, Josh_Graham said "you can kill me" and continued to ignore the threat. The video cuts and Josh_Graham can be seen ignoring many threats to his life, sitting in his car while he is inside and scriptly protected and ignoring attempts to RPly drag him out of the car. Realistically, anyone could stab you or hit you with a golf club through a window but due to limitations set by GTA V, that is not possible. He is followed to the Vespucci Police Department, where he is killed on the sidewalk. Less than 10 minutes later, Josh_Graham returns to Burgershot as seen in the screenshot provided. 

Josh_Graham will be receiving these punishments due to his blatant disregard for his character's life, as well as ignoring attempts to RP and returning to the scene of his death less than 10 minutes later. Additionally, we would like to remind everybody that killing another player or attempting to rob them is something that should be heavily considered. Based on the limited evidence we have, it seems as if Shego_Severo wanted to rob Josh_Graham over a negative verbal interaction. If more evidence was provided, there could potentially be punishments issued for Public Robbery and Deathmatching. Whenever you rob somebody, you should consider the Risk vs. Reward of that situation. Robbing somebody inside of a high-traffic restaurant establishment with no plan would fit this description. Additionally, you should ensure you properly escalate any situation before attempting to kill somebody. Unkind words said inside a fast-food restaurant doesn't seem like proper reason to murder someone.

In the future, please provide unedited evidence and ensure you reply to staff inquiries to that a full and proper examination of a reported incident can occur.
