(300 words maximum)\ While responding to another situation, we came upon one individual being chased by several others. Despite this, ID 58 proceeded to down another player in full view of 2 officers. After detaining and placing him in a cruiser, I am approached by ID 86, who proceeds to stab me with no interaction. Despite me having shot him several times, and issuing demands at gunpoint, he continues stabbing me, downing me. After I am reconstituted, I return to search for him, finding ID 58s Rhapsody. While I am there, he proceeds to come up, and I place him under gunpoint. He claims NLR but before I could verify it, he jumps in his vehicle before ID 86, again, returns and I move to place him under gunpoint. After a short argument where he continues to attempt to leave (while under gunpoint) another officer is rammed by ID 58 and I open fire. He then promptly dies and ID 86 runs off. At no point did I witness either of these individuals speak to eachother, ID 58 did not have time to call his friend, and when i attempted a trace, his phone was off. I had filed a similar report in-game which was taken by @Philoop about me being ran over and ID 86 not cooperating, and ID 58 ran me over and proceeded to get gunned down. This is the footage I provided to Philoop via in game reports. https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/ndgZy5yThC8YV/d1337MVIb4fw?invite=cr-MSx0aTYsNTIxOTMyMTYs Previous to said incident, I had treated Jack_Mickleson when he was stabbed, and we all went to burgershot for investigation, and to impound one of the suspect's cars (I believe ID 58 was the owner of the car, it was a white rhapsody). ID 58 jumps in and claims NLR of which we try and explain that this isn't 30 minutes that are up, we need to impound this still if you died. We had no IC knowledge of his death as he had escaped earlier. At this point Jack turns around and corners ID 86 as he was the man who had stabbed him. At this point ID 86 does not comply under gunpoint by Jack, and ID 58 runs me over. I open a report at this point, and that's the situation as best I can recall it. Overall we were trying to teach these two basic roleplay interactions with LEOs since they had the ((New Player)) tag, but they seems to have no interest in listening. Guy in the red shirt (ID58) was attacking people at Burgershot and cops are called. He flees the scene so we follow him, and cops arrive to our location (which is where the footage starts). I'm in the Flash GT in the background, put on my mask and gloves and run after him and see no police chasing me. I then see him run into a bush so I stab him as revenge for downing my friend. As no one was around, a knife being quiet, having a mask and gloves, and taking revenge for downing my friend, I believe I was justified in my attack. Skiperz Posted June 6, 2022 Report Share Posted June 6, 2022 REPORT ACCEPTED ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue these punishments to the following player(s): William_Shepard (ID 58) - DM & NRP Punishment | In the situation you were killed in your escape from the police and after the re-engagement with you at Burger shot, you went ahead and explained to them that you were under NLR but yet, you have decided to utilize your vehicle as a weapon and run over the officer who you should have avoided. This triggers both DM & NLR as you had no escalation or reason to attack the officer and you should have been avoiding them instead of re-engaging with them moments after you have clarified you were under NLR. Moreover, we would like to remind you that cruisers do not have a handle from the inside over at the backseats so yourself opening the door and running away is considered invalid. Nathan_Breznica (ID 86) - DM Punishment | As it is shown, you went straight into attacking the officer without any sort of explanation or engagement between yourself and him. You must have DM rights as we have no clue what ties you to this situation. You must ensure that your DM rights are valid and that you escalate it thoroughly to the point of killing someone. ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format.
