How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)\
At the begging of the footage, the reported party drove in the wrong lane and started swapping lanes on the highway, thus driving recklessly. He was performed a breathalyzer test upon as we were conducting a DUI checkpoint. After that I told him he is good to leave and he went back to incorrect lane. After receiving further information I decided to put him under arrest and we informed him to step out. We informed him that he is being arrested. He attempted to evade at that point. After being boxed in and put under gunpoint, he immediately rushed to /b saying "this server is fucking jokes". Then he said "i'm logging off" in /b as well as "don't know why I log on this shit", and later "how is this rp?". He then proceeded to argue in /b saying "yh this is a fucking joke i drove like a what? EXPLAIN HOW LMAO". I believe that his behaviour is unbecoming of a community member and thus I am reporting it. I unfortunately forgot to inform the reported party to save POV.

Hello Im Sergio Esculla in game, Sorry for the delay I have just seen this report. First and foremost I want to apologise for my actions in this situation. I know this isn't a viable excuse but I was very drunk yesterday and faintly remember the situation. I understand that I shouldn't have even logged on in the state I was in, I'm still trying to get used to the server and getting my money up. I really do apologise for my actions by letting my emotions take over. Im truly sorry for this ooc toxicity, im really not usually like this I let my emotions take over and for that I apologise. I really hope you guys can see my side of things, thankyou.
