I went to sealab to grab plants, when I saw that it was dry I left sealab without even leaving my vehicle. When I looked back I found this elegy chasing/following me, and they want me to pull over. When they were still following me on the east highway, I stopped so that I could know what their motive was, and I found out they wanted me to go to the drug lab to talk. I refused to comply and they keep on following/chasing me for no valid reason with no threat at the same time, but, to cut the story short after a couple of stops, they gave me demands in front of SD department while driving fast, which is I think it's invalid demands and I don't think they have a valid reason to follow/chase me at the first place.

Hello this is Kai_Jurkuvenas ID 99 I saw him at sea labs and drove to him to ask him some questions he ignored me so i decided to follow him and he kept stopping, i kept asking him questions to get more info about him and why he was roaming labs. I found out he was in Irish so i told him to pull into the lab so we could have a chat. He ignored so i kept following. Then we passed PD Paleto where Chase_Andreas ID 125 gave him demands. I did not know he was going to do this and i also did not expect him to shoot the car that we were following. He also finished him and i asked him why did u do that to which he said because i gave him demands.

Hello, this is "Chase Andreas" ID 125, same thing Kai stated, we were chasing him when he drove off of sealab, he was ignoring us which is disturbing to my character ICly, so i shouted a few times before i did anything, and i told him to stop so that we can talk, however he didn't stop, so i gave a third demand which is stop the car or i will shoot, nevertheless he continued, so i shot his tires, then comes in the big one i kind of desynced i guess cuz i didn't see him holding his hands up when he crashed into a rock as far as i remember so i kept shooting and i got caught up in the moment ICly, however i had no other intentions, and sorry i couldn't save my POV, thanks in advance.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, we've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following player(s):

• Chase_Andreas (129) - Deathmatching - In the footage provided, you can be seen shooting at the reporting party after giving demands from a vehicle at a high rate of speed. There are several factors here that determine this to be a violation of the Deathmatching rule, and are as follows: 

• 1.) There is little interaction or escalation to justify the attack and murder of the individual in this scenario. The footage shows only that an individual drove in and out of a particular area, not showing any hostility in any capacity to warrant lethal force on his person. 

• 2.) Demands were given via /s from a vehicle at a high rate of speed which has been determined to be insufficient commands/demands/threats to your intended target. Realistically the target would be unable to hear said threats due to the nature of the high speed of travel.

• 3.) Regardless of your character's reaction(s) to the events that were displayed in this scenario, you are still expected to follow the server rules. IC instances do not allow for deviation to the OOC rules.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
