Players should however not try to reaffirm Out-of-Character that a player won't scam them, as this would be an insinuation of metagaming. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Cookie had owed me 30 thousand dollars that I gave him to bet. He did not want to owe me the money so he decided on switching cars. I kept telling him to transfer his car first and when he would not he kept telling me to switch it and nothing would happen when I transferred him my vehicle he killed me. He kept telling me about the contract so that is why I am mad because the contract never held up his part. Evidence of rule breach: I have no evidence of this. (300 words maximum) When I transferred him in my vehicle and I requested him to give me his car he abused the typing above the name mechanic. He used this in a way so I thought he was going to transfer my vehicle but he never did he just made it seem long enough so I believed it. But this is abusing it because people that use text chat is a way for them to speak as well as he is just exploiting something to make me believe it. We aim for balanced gameplay through this rule, and it may not be representative of real life at times. Players whose life is in direct danger must RP adequate fear and comply with demands given to them. Direct danger could mean, for example, a gun aimed at your head or at you from close vicinity, by any player. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims who were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot/bike or in an unpowered vehicle and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. (300 words maximum)After Cookie scammed me I stabbed him he then got up and decided to shoot me this breaks this rule because after I stabbed him he should not be running away he should instead be roleplaying as if he got stabbed and not being able to run because of the injuries. But shooting and somersaulting after being stabbed is not proper roleplay. Evidence of rule breach: I have no evidence of this. I have had lots of fun times and met lots of people on this server but this happening makes me feel ashamed of this community because of how many good RP'ers are out there. The one thing I hope I get back from this is my Dominator car that Cookie scammed from me. That was one of my only assets I had and I will be very furious if I do not get that back because I love that car my whole plan was to sell Cookies car and then buy my Dominator back. wormbait Posted June 4, 2022 Author Report Share Posted June 4, 2022 So basically this Alex Kuki guy owed me 30k from before I gave him this money because he was very good at poker which I saw with my own eyes how good he was. When I requested it back he said he didn't have the money. He said for us to swap cars so I could sell his. I decided to do the deal. I kept asking for him to trade me his car first and he never did. He kept telling me he really has to go and when I kept telling him to give me his car first he said you give me your car or I fly out right now. So because I was rushed I gave him my car first he then tried going to his car. When he unlocked it I stabbed him once or twice but he ran away and started shooting me. The incident occurred at Tequilala where I requested my money back from him from there we drove down to Boulevard Del Perro where the scam happened. I was in extreme agony when this happened because I lost all of my stuff on my body and because he rushed my decision. I have two screenshots of him standing right in front of me but that is all of the evidence that I have. I am not 100% sure if I asked him to record his POV because I usually request for people to do it if there doing something bad in RP. Thank you for replying to my report. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided to deny this report, and conclude the following; The reporting player alleges Alex_Kuki conducted an OOC scam using an exploit, and also engaged in fearRP. However, the reporting player failed to provide any evidence for staff to act upon. Regarding the alleged fearRP, there is nothing in the rules requiring a player to allow another player to continue to stab them, and running away is very reasonable in the situation. A reasonable person would want to get away from their attacker in this situation. Regarding the OOC scam, there is no evidence of this. The reporting player stated after the transfer of assets, they were killed. This does not rise to the level of an OOC scam. Let this be a reminder that any alleged rule break must be accompanied with evidence for staff to weigh. Without any evidence, we are unable to accept this report.
